Had a great late-night dinner at Shoeless Joe’s Sports Grill at the grill bar. The food was delicious and definitely good value for the money. Portions were generous and everything came out quickly, which was perfect for a late-night bite.
Our server (I sadly didn’t catch her name; she had a beautiful smile and long blonde hair) was very pleasant and welcoming. Great service, great food, and a really enjoyable experience overall. We’ll be back!

For a chain restaurant, the food was surprisingly decent. I enjoyed my chicken cordon Bleu and my wife with her fish and chips.
Service was good. Girls were pleasant and attentive.
My Moscow Mule was okay. Nice ginger bite but no copper cup. Ah well.
Nothing made us say “we have to come back!” but I wouldn’t object to returning either since it’s right next to the casino.

Came here around 8 for an early dinner on a Tuesday. As tourists, we really appreciated the friendly service, and the food was brilliant. We ordered about eight dishes to share between us, and none of them disappointed. I really enjoyed their fries in particular. We also had ribs, chicken wings, noodles, and fish tacos — everything was excellent.
I tried poutine for the first time and really enjoyed it, especially the hint of smoky flavor. Service was fast and prices were very fair. We also shared a litre of sangria, which was quite good.
It would also be a great spot to watch sports — the atmosphere definitely suits it. There’s convenient parking available in the same mall, which made things even easier. I’d recommend giving this place a try if you’re in the area. I do suggest making a reservation for dinner: we walked in around 4:30 pm with no wait, but when we left about an hour later, there was already a decent-sized queue.

I loved everything i have ordered from here. Been to this location/restaurant twice now and have been happy && satisfied both times. Absolutely loved their flat bread Philly cheese steak. So gooood. Their prices are a bit ridiculous to me as the appetizers costs as much as a main entrée which is nuts. Service is not the best as the ladies are either always busy or just no where to be found when you need some help. Restaurant is located in the same building as fallsview casino.

Central location and food was great. Love the bruschetta flatbread. Buffalo Cauliflower could use some crisp. The salad were both appetizing. The mac and cheese could use more cheese flavoring. Dog friendly patio which is a bonus. Deducted 1 star for washroom should upgrade to motion sensor for urinal stall or a regular cleaning schedule as it smells horrible.
Found out our server was the bartender. Made the frequent checking in even more impressive.

Had a great time at Shoeless Joe’s inside Fallsview Casino! The atmosphere was lively and fun—perfect for grabbing a bite after some time on the gaming floor. The staff were super friendly and the service was fast, even though it was busy.
We had burgers and wings, and both were delicious—fresh, hot, and full of flavour. Portions were generous, and they’ve got a great selection of drinks too. Big screens everywhere made it a great spot to catch the game while we ate.

Atmosphere is very commercial. Does have a nice corner outside seating to watch people. Food I got were the ribs and chicken tenders with coleslaw and waffle fries. Guava fries are very crispy. The coleslaw was warm and undesirable to the pallet. The chicken tenders black flavor but made up for it with the sauce I had. The honey buffalo sauce. For 35 Canadian. Seems like a high price for the amount of food. The tenders were small and the ribs were small as well.
Biggest complaint was they did not take the membrane off the back of the ribs and it was very slimy and unappealing. Highlighted in the last two photos
The wife got the steak ball and said it tasteful pretty good but she was surprised it was shaved me rather than actual steak bites. The flavor was there. The presentation looked okay. The tables did not have salt and pepper and we asked for it very early on in the meal and had to get a different waitress to bring us salt and pepper as it never came to the table.
They were about a quarter of the way full during lunch hour so it didn’t seem like there should be any reason for delays.
The food did come out fairly quick. The waitress was very friendly, which makes the review hard, very friendly doesn’t mean attentive.
Overall, this is a very average touristy eatery. Other than the location and being able to sit outside and people watch I probably would not come here again.

We ordered the crispy chicken tenders with chips and a salad. The tenders were okay, but definitely not worth the price. The salad was a real letdown – the dressing tasted awful and nothing felt fresh. Overall, it didn’t feel like good value for money. Won’t be returning.

Also, a 5.5% DMF (Destination Marketing Fee) was added to the bill but wasn’t clearly explained or mentioned in advance. It would be better if this fee were communicated upfront so customers know what to expect. Overall, good food, but the value and transparency could be improved.
