They take time to take your order and if they do, they do it badly with bad umor that is nothing, everyone has a bad day, but they took my order, then the person who charges in the box with a face of bad taste and this was around 5 to 5:30 pm, I asked for a happy box and a frappe pedi chiken nuggets and they gave me a wrong order with an amburg. when clearly I asked nuggets aside they did not give me the drink from the box and I noticed until I get to my house and for how slow they are it is not worth it Return to make a claim.

If I could give a negative zero I would. I pulled up to the drive thru and the last about nuggets for my kids and asked if she may tell me the prices. I proceeded with my order. Then she asked me to move to the next window upon which I did her back was turned so I proceeded to the 1st window. Where I paid $11.25…. I received 1 sprite for my kids when I asked for 2 small sprites. It was not a problem for me to pay for my order at all. Not one. I was very patient and continued to polity ask for another sprite considering I have 4 small kids. I then explained to them it was not a problem for me to pay. I would like the oven Owener/ manager to re train or speak with the staff because I was very polite and just wanted to feed my kids had not one problem. Had the staff not being talking and playing etc.

Drive thru was robotic. No issues there. Dine-in however doesn’t go near as well. Food is on par with every other McDonald’s in the nation. But what’s the purpose of “table service” if all they do is call your number out so you can go to the counter and pick it up, WHICH I’M COOL WITH! It just took a failed 1st visit to get everything to go right on the next. AND PACK THE PATIENCE OF YOU WANT A REFILL FROM THE COUNTER! You’re gonna be there awhile and may have to jump out and politely grab someone – VERBALLY – to get one. Even then they’ll walk away from the soda station and you have to grab someone else’s attention to get it back. My suggestion, skip the Dine-in experience…

Not reviewing the food because we all know what McDonalds tastes like. This location consistently messes up orders and takes forever. You can place an order here, drive to another burger joint, come back, and they still won’t have your order. I’ve timed the last few orders at 40+ minutes. Now that they’ve replaces cashiers with kiosks, it’s hard to get anyone’s attention. And if you do, they don’t seem to care.

Truly astounded. I ordered a chicken sandwich for delivery. Only got two pieces of bread and sauce. No chicken. How does that happen? Truly stunned. If my self-esteem is ever feeling low, I will have this to look back on.

Waited in line for 30 minutes, then they managed to get my burger completely wrong. I honestly dont understand how you would charge me an extra 4 dollars to add bacon and cheese, then completely forget that I asked 10x for it to JUST be chicken cheese bacon and lettuce. And of course I bite into the most pickled out and mayonaised covered and tomatoes filled sandwiches ever. Completely ruined my day.

Fast food is supposed to be efficient, not keeping customers waiting for 30 mins in the drive-through line. The evening shift is clearly under-trained and utterly incompetent. Apparently, they did not know enough to direct customers to parking slots to unblock the lines, causing more than four cars in a roll staying for longer than five minutes. Also they forgot the sauce for the nuggets. To make it worse, they are chatting and slacking as if there are no customer waiting at all. To the owner: this is the most incompetent McDonald’s staff I have ever seen; fix it if you care even remotely about this location.

The lady literally refused to help because I spoke English. Tried to take my number and receipt while me and my child were in the restroom leaving the guy who brought the food to give me a hard time like I didn’t pay. This location is the absolute worst to visit just due to the customer service and the people they hired. If you dine in and expect service face to face you’ll be wasting your time they will stare at you at the counter until you disappear, not caring if you eat here or not. This location is the last id spend my money on.

A seriously terrible experience. Waste of my time and money. Sat in a drive thru and no one waiting on me, rather 2 cars pulled into the other drive-thru and order before me AFTER I had been waiting for someone to respond in my lane. Had to drive up to the window to give my order. Then I get a bacon egg cheese bagel – open it up and whatever disgusting mayo sauce they threw on it was ALL OVER a don I could’ve even pick it up to eat without mayo sauce everywhere.
