I went through the drive-through at 7 PM on Saturday night. They’re so slow at processing orders. I didn’t get up to the window until about 7:15. All I ordered were two single cheeseburgers and a fry, not complicated. yet over 20 minutes later for two burgers and a fry my order still comes out wrong. This is the second time in a row at this location. They can’t make a basic burger correctly with two toppings last time I called in and the manager offered to send me coupons in the mail which is a joke because the meal is already ruined by the time I get home. Guess I’ll have to go out of my way to the cave creek location. Not worth it. The managers will tell you they’re not able to process refunds and this is a lie, they can but they choose not to and it’s shameful.

Ok A+ for this place. I ordered food to go. I get home notice they did not complete my order. Go back explain to them by the time it takes for them to complete my order it will be cold by the time I get home again and I would like them to re make my order. They completely understood I wanted hot food and the correct order and they delivered. I always leave reviews if I had a bad or good experience and this was a positive experience. I highly recommend this spot.

Ordered and sat for 32 minutes then called to ask what was going, was told there was a fryer problem. Would have been beneficial to know earlier but my order didn’t require a fryer at all. Was told to go back inside for a refund where I was questioned if I really received my order or not (because people lie about sitting in wait?) Then was told to hold on again while Stephanie attended to some other people’s orders. Be honest with customers, “hey we’re a bit backed up”, 30+ min isn’t normal and not everyone has that to wait for fast food. And for sure dont be upset if someone has to cancel because of your lack of communication, this isn’t fun for me either.

19th Ave and Deer Valley location. We were on the road, hungry, and we ordered on line for the car service delivery. We arrived a bit early and the server was at the side of our car almost immediately. I had the double burger on the Kaiser roll. My wife had a single, abs she also order fried cheese. The burgers were very good, juicy and had the appointments that we ordered. I nice touch that when you order you can designate what else you want on the burger. The fried cheese was pretty good. We were too excited to eat and I forgot to photo the food! Definitely recommend!!

Great smash style burger, thin crispy patties with butter so very delicious. Buns are also good, my new favorite hamburger. Crinkle fries are always hot and fresh. Highly recommend, 5 stars!
Update: finally tried something other than the hamburger, spicy chicken sandwich was really good!
Grilled Chicken is also amazing!

Picked up shakes at Culver’s and was pretty disappointed. They weren’t mixed well, and the flavor didn’t taste like fresh dairy at all, more like artificial chemicals. The one bright spot was the fast service, but overall the shakes just missed the mark for me.

Typically, I have a great experiences at Culver’s.
Unfortunately, the last couple times have been at this one, it has been more than a little disorganized. A couple months back, I stopped to pick up a couple to-go orders. I waited 20 minutes or more.
One of the managers went to the back and yelled at and belittled the cooks loud enough for everyone to hear. It was quite awkward. The young person working the register was looked frustrated. He finally offered me a pint of custard for having to wait so long.
My second visit was about a week ago at the drive thru. I ended up waiting over 10 minutes for a basic two-person order. There were a lot of people waiting, and the person coming out to bring food didn’t know which order was for which car because it was so unorganized.
When I was told to park, no one gave me a specific spot or number, nor did he take any information down about my car.
This is the most disorganized Culver’s I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately, it’s the closest one to me. I will not be back to this location.

Well I probably won’t be returning to this location, I’m not really sure why the employees have such a horrible attitude but treating customers like their inconveniencing you by ordering food at a restaurant is wild behavior for somebody who works in a restaurant.
Whoever runs this restaurant should seriously teach their employees better manners because talking down to your customers is never going to keep you with people coming back.
It’s quite sad because this location is right down the road from our house but I will not be returning as I do not like to spend my money places where I’m treated poorly.

Placed a carry out order for 2 fish dinners and a cashew salad. Waited in the dining area for my order. People that came in after me were being served ahead of me. After awhile I went to the counter and asked if my order was ready? It was and had been sitting in the staging area. They handed me a bag and offered their apologies. Before I left I asked if everything was in the bag? A girl said yes and I turned to leave and as I was opening the door another male CSR told me to wait because the salad was missing. I had a similar incident occur last summer with a drive up order that took a painfully long time to complete. I parked in the waiting area and again although I was the first car in line my order wasn’t brought out until all the cars behind me were served.

Went through the drive thru this evening about 7:00 pm. When I got home with my order NO fries. This is the second time in the last 5 weeks I have been shorted on my order the last time it was a chicken sandwich. I really like the food but it’s not worth getting ripped off. Very disappointed.
