Excellent selection of Mediterranean groceries for good prices. Also has a food counter with a small bar type table to eat at the store, but most people order out. The food varied in quality. We liked the chicken kebab a lot, but the ground chicken was not good with a plasticky outside layer. The beef kebab had rough texture and was hard to chew and wasn’t very good, but the ground meat (beef or lamb?) was excellent. Too much rice was included in the meal and it felt bad to throw out most of it. The included grilled tomato was delicious. If we return, we will only order the ground beef and cubed chicken shown in the photos, and will ask for half the quantity of the rice.

Shiraz market was recommended to me and I’m glad it was. The chicken kabobs are made to order and take 20 minutes so call ahead unless you like looking at groceries. The kabobs were so tender and bursting with flavor. Yum Yum.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. It was my first time visiting Shiraz Market and what a wonderful experience it was. The store is very clean and well stocked with all the delicious Iranian and Mediterranean products. I felt like a kid in a candy store, overwhelmed by the choices. Alex was very professional and bagged all my groceries, 3 meals and lots of pastries with care. Very great full for that since I had 1 hour drive back home. Even though I had to warm up my food, when I got home, it was still delicious. Very generous portions as well! I can’t recommend this place enough.

Good experience honest about food times when you are waiting, service was great cashiers were knowledgeable and friendly. Chicken was outstanding, going back for more this week. In peak hours you are on a 30-40 min wait for food but its worth it. The baklava was also great i recommend the pistachio, and the walnut. local Mom and pop owned as well so you are not supporting chains! The market has alot of goods as well you cant find in other places and great quality saffron as well.

A very average restaurant for people that don’t know what authentic Persian food is. When you advertise yourself as authentic Persian food but don’t sell Barg kebab or put Limoo omani in your ghormeh sabzi, you’re either not Persian or you’re trying to skimp customers. Just try to save your money and go somewhere that isn’t looking to cut costs. Perfect place if you enjoy old and canned stews!
