DO NOT think you will stop in at this place, buy a donut and borrow the restroom. Although it is AGAINST THE LAW to not provide a restroom for your customers in a Texas food establishment, these people will refuse to let you use the restroom while at their business. After I reminded them of the Health Department which requires for there to be a restroom, I was told they were “worried about homeless people asking to use the restroom.” I’m not homeless! Upon further questioning I asked them if they would allow the children eating there to go, and they said yes. So it is open to public of whom they deem worthy. SHAME on these people who don’t have enough discern to see a person who is clean, well dressed, capable of buying food there but refusing to allow the use of the restroom so as to potty and wash hands. I’ll pass this place up and buy donuts elsewhere!!

We stop here often. Today, we were told the restroom was out of order. Then we were told the were not for the public. Then were asked if we were going to buy something and I said yes and then we were allowed to use the restroom. On top of that we had to return because some of our order was missing. Customer service is not very good.

I placed an order 5 days ago for pick up and when I got to the store they started making them AT my pick up time. Furthermore, they didnt even include everything I ordered. Whats the whole point of including a pick up time on the app? First and last time I go to a Shipley’s. Robbed me of my time and money.

I don’t know who the young group of ladies/men that were working this morning, but they were very nice and showed great customer service! Part of my order involved 1 dozen glazed donuts and they informed me that they were out, but going to make a fresh batch! They apologized for the wait and even offered me a drink for waiting! I will be returning to this establishment in the future!

Shipleys makes a great product but my order was wrong and missing an item. I ordered 2 kolaches and received them. i ordered a choose your own 6 ct. box of filled donuts and received 2 glazed, i cinnamon, 1 chocolate iced, 1 orange iced, and 1 white iced with nuts. i didn’t receive the maple iced for my 89 year old parent. very disappointed.

the girl working the drive thru always has a bad attitude and get our orders wrong. today we said something and we heard cus at us thru the window. then another lady showed up to fix our order I asked her name and she she said you don’t need my name! I was gonna give her a compliment but they all have the same attitude. that’s why we are not gonna frequent this location. they are always rude!! bad business

The worst doughnuts I have ever tasted. I still have a bad after taste in my mouth from the glazed. The chocolate cream filled only had a little drop of liquidy cream in it not to mention the doughnut was very hard., the lemon filling in the lemon filled doesn’t taste like lemon it tasted like perfume.Its bad when the kids or a stray dog nor the birds outside wouldnt even eat them. I will never make that mistake again. AWORST DOUGHNUTS WE HAVE EVER TASTED!!
