I received my order in timely fashion. Kyle was my delivery person. He was very polite and curtious. I delivered for dominos in Boise, Idaho for 20 years. My order was perfect so five stars to the make line crew. All drivers be safe and buckle up.

Yesterday I ordered 3 cheese pizzas with extra sauce and I received 3 thin crust pizzas with jalapeños and it was cut horrendous. I did not order this, I called and they said was any of the pizza touched my son ate 2 slices so they said they couldnt change them out there was barely any sauce as well. This location was a big letdown.

This review is strictly regarding the Domino’s location on East Colonial.

My advice to anyone considering ordering from this location: don’t.

Waiting over two hours for a pizza is completely unacceptable. After an hour and 15 minutes with no delivery, I attempted to cancel my order. I was placed on hold for 36 minutes, only for the call to be answered and immediately disconnected without anyone speaking to me.

There was no communication, no update, and no accountability. This level of service is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. A business that cannot manage orders, answer phones, or communicate with customers seriously needs to reevaluate its operations.

Worst Domino’s experience I’ve ever had.

Don’t ever order delivery from here. Ordered, app says delivered, I call saying the pizza was not delivered. The order was canceled. Two minutes later the driver finally arrives, tells me they can’t give me my order- even when I offer to call and charge my card again. Won’t be able to eat for another 8 hours until I’m off. Thanks dominos for crap service. This isn’t even the first time sadly, it’s every time with this place. I didn’t complain before on the off chance it was just a busy day, but no…service consistently sucks here. Only reason I order is bc it’s the closest one to where I work… Not anymore. Pay your employees more so they care more. I wish I could give negative starts.

Called the store about my order missing some items, what I got in returned was bad service and a rude employee who decided to argue and hang up on me twice. When I asked for a corporate number She hung up on me. I advise for anyone who is interested ordering from here, please don’t.

The pizza was hot, You didn’t skimp on pepperoni (very important!)
You did not force me to tip before delivery (huge) The delivery was fast and he followed instructions (which is hard in finding g my condo sometimes). The delivery guy was nice. 10 out of 10 all around 😉

Pizza arrived smashed and cold, but the knots were hot so I’m not sure how that worked. I kept receiving text messages saying the driver was on the way or pulling into the neighborhood but was no where in sight (app showed him still at the restaurant for 45 minutes). He then called me as I saw him on the app at a corner a block from me saying he can’t find the street. We stood outside in the front to make it easier so he didn’t have to pull in the back since the front porch is unstable. He calls me telling me he’s at the corner of where 7/11 is and I was facing it. Then he comes up on foot from the other direction with a smashed pizza. Didn’t even acknowledge the pizza box with a massive dent in the middle. We are from out of town so to give directions to our destination of a street number/address that is on Google maps to someone who works .6 miles from where we are staying was a bit confusing. I tried to call last night but no one answered so we were SOL. When we come back to Orlando, which we will we won’t order from this location again. Driver was nice but again no acknowledgement of the destroyed pizza.

Well, i have been eating at lazy moon forever so it’s been good to me. But i introduced my girlfriends son to this place today and his quote “this pizza…its turning me super sayen…I’ve gotten the virus…the pizza virus” I believe that means it’s good to a young boy lol

I had an excellent experience at Domino’s Pizza tonight! (700 E Colonial Dr – Colonial and Summerlin)
Nothing but kindness here! And pizza, of course. 😉

I had ID theft earlier this year. Today was the first day I had my own money. I tried several other places to see who took PayPal. Domino’s takes PayPal, and so I stayed, and was quickly informed I had to order online.

While I was ordering, my allergies were acting up (Pizza ingredients in the atmosphere) and when I asked for water, Adriana quickly helped me.

Background context – I have severe allergies. It has not been a lifelong problem, but since I have gotten sick with an auto-immune disorder, good food that I can eat has been harder to come by. Tonight, the staff here at Domino’s bent over backwards to help me find which ingredients were in each sauce, and when I couldn’t eat any of the sauces, obliged my request for feta cheese.

Long story short, after all this, when I went to checkout, I found out PayPal is different from Venmo, and therefore I couldn’t pay for the mix and match I was ordering. They covered my meal and gave me the pizza they were making, since they “can’t deconstruct it once [they’ve] started”. I took some pictures afterwards of this night.

I had a great experience here at Domino’s in Orlando! Staff tonight: Adriana, Briah, Denny, Dimitri, Sohail, Michael

If I could give them 0 stars I would it was AWFUL. I ordered delivery, mind u the store is 1 min drive away from where I ordered it to, and it took FOREVER. I ordered 2 pasta dishes they both had literally nothing in them like I could eat the whole thing in one bite, and one was completely the wrong order and an allergy hazard. I tried to be kind and clocked out of my job to go and try to make the order right. I get to the establishment and upon walking in it was already disgusting. Nevermind that i just focus on correcting my food. I walk up to the counter and no one attends me for a while. I call out to an employee and start with “ im so sorry i hate to be complaining i don’t mean to be like that bit my order is wrong is there any way u can correct it ?” The employee rudely turns around and goes to the kitchen, i call out and say “oh sorry did you need my receipt” they rudely turn around and say “no i can see”. I watch while they make it, they don’t wash their hands, and they grab the pasta with their hands along with all the other toppings as well. Mind you, all the workers look incredibly unhygienic and smell. They proceed to take thirty minutes and only give me back one of the two pastas I ordered, great now I have to wait forever for the second one. It was literally awful I tried to be nice since I have worked food service for two years but it was infuriating.
