Ew. I doordashed donuts from this store and I’ve never had donuts taste so gross. They were stale like they were from yesterday. The donut holes tasted like they were fried in rancid oil. My order was almost completely incorrect. I wish I could’ve had my whole order refunded but DoorDash wouldn’t allow it. Usually I think even bad donuts taste good. Not these. I don’t understand how people have gotten good ones.

First time trying the kolaches! I grabbed the Ham and Cheese and the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese, and they were both amazing. Big shoutout to Julius in the drive-thru—his service was awesome!

I have tried this place a few times at different time in the morning to test. The donuts are never fresh. They are stale and flavorless no matter what time of day you visit this location. It’s disappointing for a product with a high margin to be sold as fresh. Kroger or Walmart has better donuts than this location. Save your time money, and stomach and go to another location or donut shop.

I pulled up to the speaker and was told “just a minute” and it was almost 6 minutes later before my order was taken but by then 4 cars had pulled up behind me. Once I pulled up to the window I waited about 10 minutes before someone came and took my payment then hand me order of 2 dozen original glazed and 2 iced donuts. The lady that took my payment then could not produce a receipt when I asked for one stating “I don’t know the machine… it’s not right.”

Changing my rating from 5 stars down to 1….. This location has seriously gone downhill the past year. Clearly they have new management and it’s terrible . Donuts are never fresh and they seem cold and nasty. They never seem to have the kolaches I want no matter what time I try to order. It’s all just sad TBH bc I used to love this location.

I went to grab a box of a dozen donuts and an iced coffee. The iced coffee was fine, although I ordered a large and was not given one, nor could I confirm if I was charged for a large as I was not given a receipt. I could see two employees behind the counter, one who I believe was taking drive through orders and greeted me, and the second who eventually took my order. The one who took my order came off as very impatient with me which I did not appreciate. When I got home and opened the box of donuts with my family they had been in disarray as they hadn’t been packed properly in the box. Additionally, even though it was just shy of 11 when I went, selection was extremely limited and could not tell full selection as things weren’t labeled or were mixed with other items, and the donuts were dry as if they had been sitting out for over a day. I do not recommend this location, nor will I return to it which is a shame because I have enjoyed the donuts I’ve gotten at other locations.
