Fun place for a large family group, with some fun entertainment by the chef as you dine. I got the scallop hibachi and the scallops were super tender and soft! Definitely defends its name on the menu of Juicy Scallop. The portions are huge, def will not leave hungry! A few places for improvement: The miso soup was slightly too salty(so I had to water it down), and the crust on the friend calamari was hard and doughy, not very fluffy/crunchy.

Dinner was fabulous. We had a party of 9 for a Hibachi experience—made a reservation 2 weeks in advance (highly recommend because it’s a busy place!). Our table was ready right on time. Service was great and food was fantastic. We were celebrating an anniversary and two birthdays, our table received 2 complimentary glasses of wine for our anniversary guests and 2 birthday desserts for the table to share. Wonderful experience overall!

First of all, the food was great! It was tender and delicious. I got the combo teriyaki meal with shrimp and steak, and it was sooo good. The service could’ve been better though. There was a really long wait time on the hibachi, so we went with a normal table. They said it would be available immediately, but it still took us around 15 minutes to be seated. The atmosphere was really cool though. The menu was a little pricy though, with each person’s meal coming in around 30 to 40 dollars. Great place if you want to splurge a little bit.

The French garlic is where it’s at!! Mixing this into your fried rice is so tasty and not something most hibachi restaurants have. The food was all cooked perfectly and had plenty left to take home.

My husband and I recently had a lunch at Shinto Japanese steakhouse and shushi lounge. The sushi was absolutely delicious. My favorite sushi is “little delicious” and “hawaiian roll” was good too. The “biggie roll” remind me popcorn with caramel taste. I also recommend to try miso soup that is so tasty.

I’ve visited Shinto periodically since it opened and definitely have not been enjoying it as much as I used to. It is always pretty busy, dark, and lively. The wait times are usually a bit long and the service has always been decent.

Pretty solid hibachi. The Miso soup was delicious and the meats are definitely good quality. However, we weren’t fans of the thick noodles and the food overall lacked seasoning or flavor. The portions were fair, smaller than other hibachi locations I’ve been to where you leave with a box of leftovers. The chefs were fun and entertaining, they also tried to include members of our group into the cooking. The restaurant itself was very spacious and clean. Overall, it wasn’t the best I’ve ever had but I would recommend

Honestly not impressed by the food and flavors. Same with the drinks, me and my group were a little disappointed. We started off with the spicy garlic butter edamame & the “king crab” rangoon. For one it’s not real crab so the name is totally a trick. (I asked). The edamame was alright, it wasn’t spicy at all, could have definitely used more flavor, a nice butter flavor did come through. The egg yolk was great, and the charcuterie steak had a great consistency! We ordered the steak rare. I would only recommend those two things here. The garlic we got on the side wasn’t anything special. The chicken and veggies were dry and not good flavors. The oil used to cook this stuff was not good and I actually woke up with my stomach hurting from whatever they used to make this stuff. They also used table salt to cook with which is not good for you. Didn’t like that. I would highly suggest an oil change and salt change and this would make it way better for starters.
