My double cream matcha iced latte was amazing! Really nice service it was busy on a Saturday morning and a lot of the baked goods were cleaned off. Service was nice and good came out promptly. Differently seems like a family joint too. I also recommend the egg avocado and bulgogi sandwiches!! Everything was so good!

With complete respect, I would never recommend this place to anyone. While the atmosphere and service were nice the food was genuinely horrendous. It was so bad I felt compelled to write my first review ever. I went with my friend, got two matcha drinks which didn’t even taste like matcha or look like it. It just tasted like sweet milk but that’s not the point. We got four desserts and in total spent $40.81. We got two Bouchee’s, the pistachio chocolate cookie, and a ferror rocher cake (don’t mind my spelling please) and everything was so stale i wouldn’t be surprised if we ate mold. The bouchee’s were okay but didn’t taste like what was advertised (matcha & chocolate). The pistachio cookie was so horrible. The filling was rock hard and tasted/looked old I don’t think there are any human words to describe it. The cake was the worst part. It tasted like nothing and everything gone wrong at the same time.I hate wasting food but I genuinely couldn’t bring myself to finish this. I hope anyone who comes has a good experience and I’m praying I don’t get food poisoning from this.

I’m very disappointed. I used to come here often and it was good, but now either the prices have gone up or the portions have gotten smaller. Very expensive for what you get. The sandwich was really tasty. The coffee is delicious. The cheesecake is strange and it is clear that it was exposed to oxygen directly, without protective packaging. This indicates that it stood for a very long time, many days, on display. Okay, maybe it still tastes edible, but it’s not safe to say the least. Cheesecake typically contains perishable ingredients such as cream cheese and eggs.I don’t know why I ate it. In any case, $7 for a dangerous, not very tasty product.

The pastries may be the focal point but where Shilla Bakery shines for me is the drinks. The hot latte I had was so so good. I am not a coffee connoiseur but this latte was smooth and rich and didn’t even need any sweetener. Staff at the counter was also super friendly. The pastries aren’t bad but definitely go earlier when they’re fresh, and they are a bit pricey. I like the dulce de leche and carrot cakes, as well as the strawberry croissant.

I called because I needed a cake for hubby’s birthday. And I needed it that day. The lady who answered the phone was the sweetest and told me she will send me pics of the cakes she has in chocolate since that is what I wanted. They looked delicious so I went and picked up the Black Forest one. I was worried because this is a Korean bakery and I didn’t know what to expect. I asked what the difference is between American and Korean cakes and she said they are just less sweet. The cake was beautiful and so delicious! Everyone loved it. Amazing service, thank you!

Perfect place to get some work done! Ample baked goods and coffee options. And I love the family-owned feel of this place. It’s typically quiet in here and they have free WiFi.
I LOVE their mammoth bread pastry – but truly there’s a lot here you can get

OMG! The PISTACHIO CREAM-FILLED CROISSANT…. I’m pretty sure just cleansed me of ALL MY SINS and earned me a spot in Heaven! Tried it at an event yesterday, was instantly hooked so I had to find Shilla’s today. Shilla- GIRL! Customer service here is TOP TIER! They warmed up my croissant just right. And when I found out they make the pistachio cream in-house? I’m too impressed. You’re lucky I even snapped a pic because the poor croissant didn’t stand a chance. I may as well pick out a favorite table because baby, this is my new favorite spot!

Shilla Bakery is always such a pleasant place to visit. The staff are consistently friendly, and you can tell the bread is freshly made on-site. There are so many beautiful cakes to choose from, and what I find most fun is their drink menu—there’s always a special drink of the day that makes it exciting to try something new.
The prices are very reasonable, and the variety of breads makes it easy to find something for everyone. It’s a comfortable, welcoming place where you can enjoy fresh treats without any pressure.

We’ve always enjoyed Shilla Bakery, which is why this experience was disappointing. We placed two separate orders totaling 8 Dubai cookies as gifts, and both arrived as chocolate chip cookies instead.
We’ve also encountered a recurring pricing issue: the menu lists the salted caramel cream latte at $5.50 plus $1 for a large ($6.50), but we are consistently charged $7.50 due to an undisclosed cold foam charge.
We emailed customer support about these issues and did not receive a response. We hope management will follow up and address these concerns, as we’d like to continue supporting the bakery.

Shilla Bakery is always my favorite bakery. This visit was my first time in the Chantilly location. The blackberry loaf was so tasty that I will have to visit this location again because my local Shilla does not have this bread. I tried the Tiramisu iced latte and it was so good with my treats. Cashier and barista were very sweet ladies.
