We had alot of fun at this place. Ordered some drinks and sat outside waiting for a table which wasn’t long. Our server was the BEST! Thank you for being a good sport when I said surprise me with a tap beer! Thanks for letting me be the 1st to taste One Swine Day! Our experience there was great. Food was good but our server is what made the evening great!

I judge a barbeque place based mostly on how good the brisket is, and the brisket here did not knock my socks off. It was thin, tough, and too smoky. I like a thick, melt in your mouth brisket with more flavor than smoke. The pork was okay, I enjoyed it with the Kansas City sauce. The sweet potato fries were very good, and the sauce was good, but it was like frosting. The service was great, and so was the atmosphere. But I would not come back based on the food.

Third visit to Parker John’s in three visits to Sheboygan & never disappointed. The BBQ is delicious, the atmosphere is fun – especially if you’re outside on the patio! Love the view and vibes. Service is always good. Highly recommend getting the sweet potato fries – served with buttercream frosting – like a dessert!

A really nice restaurant with a great view of the docks. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious and the environment was relaxing. I was there for my birthday they had a musician playing and he participated with my god kids to sing Happy Birthday. Everyone was great, even the other customers would definitely go out of my way to stop here again.

A nice location down on the pier Waterfront. Service was good, and the food is really excellent. From the incredible Friday fish fry, tasty well prepared chicken wings, onion ring straws, incredible smokey brisket and loaded baked potato. It would have been really difficult to find anything wrong with the food.

Nice midday ride up to Sheboygan for some bird watching on the shore of Lake Michigan while we were there we decided to try the Parker Johns BBQ location by the lake. It was moderately busy but we got a table by the windows looking out on the water and the walkways our server got us started with a 1919 Root Beer for me in a frosty mug and a regular tap beer in a simular mug for my companion. We ordered cheese curds for an appetizer which were excellent with a little spice in there coating that only added to there great taste. For our entrees my companion got the Carolina BBQ sandwich and I got the Smokhouse Sliders and a side order of Haystack onion strings. She said that other than she thought they went a little overboard with the coleslaw on the sandwich that the pulled pork was excellent. My sliders which were smoked turkey, pulled pork and smoked brisket were all excellent as were the onion strings everything came in good time and hot. Our server was excellent even with working behind the bar and serving food. Great experience great food and would very much recommend Parker Johns BBQ by the riverside and we will be back again sometime for sure.

Where do I even begin? My experience here started the day before. As I was walking to the restaurant I could see a line of people waiting to be seated that told me something right away. I decided to skip on the wait and come back the next day. The very next day we came back and as soon as I walked in the door the smell of bbq and smoked meats engulfed the entire restaurant. We were seated right away, the outdoor seating had 2 fire pits to add to the lake view ambiance but the mosquitos were out for blood literally that day so we Sat inside instead. The menu was full of options and fun starters had never heard of. The drink menu was plentiful and the bloody Mary selection is quite impressive too. I went with the back porch iced Sooo Good!!!
