This is one of best spot you can enjoy your food. Most of the restaurants were costly during our Maui Trip to Hawaii. We thought if we could get some good Mediterranean food . When we googled we saw this with good reviews and so we drove to this food truck which is located in “Sugar Cane Train Food Park” . There were two more food trucks apart from Shaya Cuisine.

Hard to believe I’m the first person getting to review Shaya Fusion Cuisine, given the outstanding quality of their lunches… I’ve been looking for great Mediterranean food on Maui for over a decade, and am excited to say that search is finally over! To get you started, the Falafel Platter and Gyro Wrap make for a perfect combination of flavors. (My belly was happy for hours afterwards.) Bon appetit, everyone. ☀️

I was looking for a place to eat and my friend said try the new truck by the sugar cane train. So we went there and I was amazed at the menu. Everything I wanted cause I love Mediterranean cuisine. I ordered the Greek Gyro wrap. It was soooo good. It took me awhile to decide because the menu was so good. The prices are incredibly affordable. Went back the next day and had the Chicken & Penne Gorgonzola. OMG I can’t get enough of this place.

Highly recommend this place. Review for the falafel plate: the falafel was tasty and not oily at all, the rice was soft and flavorful and just enough hummus and pita to top it off. Overall this place is a hidden gem.
