We are a 14,000 square foot full-service restaurant and gaming facility that offers a wide selection of entertainment choices for the whole family or a night out on the town!

I definitely want to thank all the employees you guys always treat as well in the cooks in the people who prep and serve and even the details of trash everyone you guys look like a good group of people working together . my wife and I were very impressed. I am hoping this provides clear feedback regarding my recent experience with Sharks.
I contacted your office three weeks prior to our scheduled company team-building outing to arrange for a group of over 20 people. At that time, I was assured that all activities would be available for our visit.
However, when I followed up two days before the event to confirm the details, I spoke with the General Manager, Derrin, who informed me that most of the activities would not be available. I am very disappointed that I did not receive any communication regarding this change and only found out because I took the initiative to call.
Due to this lack of communication and the inability to support an event planned well in advance, I will not be booking any future outings at this establishment.
I do NOT recommend.

Their “bar clock” is fast by 30 minutes and they kicked us and our kids out at 8:30. We called ahead and they said our kids could stay until 9. Food is good. Our server was great. Whoever the manager that we talked to wasn’t helpful. If you want kids out at 8:30 tell people they have to have their kids out by 8:30.

I’m really sorry I must drop my rating for Sharks again. While most of the wait staff are friendly and helpful this dive continues to be way below average with a real weak spot in management and the kitchen. Save your money and don’t spend it here!
Our waitress, (Nicki) Morgan et all are exceptional very friendly and helpful with out hovering. Plenty of parking, easy to find.
Had a poor experience here tonight one of the members of my group had a legitimate complaint about the food and the waitress refused to take it off the check after asking for a manager who did take the bad food off the bill the waitress complained that we cost her money! Very unprofessional and disappointing as we are here every week and have spent too much money here on average food. This is the lowest rating I’ve given any establishment. Too bad
The food is consistently bad, tried the chili last night and had indigestion before I left this establishment. If it weren’t for the pool tables and my Monday night league I would never go back. Very disappointing and getting worse! Don’t spend your money here!

Been going here for years. In the past I’d give 5 starts. Recently new management has taken over. Since then, I have noticed outward disrespect to staff, in front of customers. The bartenders are the backbone of this place. If it weren’t for them, the management would’ve sucked this place dry months ago. Reasonably priced. Expect to be kicked out 30+ minutes prior to “closing time.”

Hadn’t been here many many years. Decided to stop in and try out the food. We were really surprised how good the menu looked and glad to see there was so much more than just your typical bar food menu. Our waitress was nice and very helpful. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms and they were delicious. I had sheppard’s pie and it was very good as well. Will certainly go back to try out more food items. The drink menu was very impressive as well.

The food and atmosphere is great here. But the service is trash. I’m not willing to rank them 5 stars in any category, they don’t deserve any positivity for how embarrassed we were. After we sat down we were served drinks within the first 3-5 minutes, we already knew what we wanted to order in that time frame. The gentleman told us our server would be right over to take our order. That’s fine. 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes later, nothing. Not a follow up or I’ll be right with you or anything. Notice in the photos it was not very busy at all. In between serving drinks it would’ve been nice to do a courtesy check? 20 minutes later we made the decision to leave after paying for my wife’s Dr. Pepper. I wouldn’t have minded waiting for the food if it was being prepared or if it was cooking, but we hadn’t heard a peep since getting our drinks. THEN our server finally approached us, after we started to get up. Not even a “hello” or “sorry for the wait”. Instead she’s asks us, “Are you guys ready to order?” This place needs to better train their staff. They need a training program, specifically on manners or courtesy. So I respond, “we’ve been ready to order”. To which my wife added, “No thanks, I think we’re going to leave after I pay for my drink”.

From out of town and called ahead to ask if they had steel tip dart boards because everything else in town is soft tip, was told they did but was not told they were not accessible that night due to a soft tip tournament. Ordered food and drink anyway because they had an $18 10oz steak special. The drink selection for bourbon was minimal and they did not have anything but the bare basics. The steak ordered was medium rare and obviously came from something long frozen. Nothing was pink, more of a greyish brown. Server seemed very rushed, like she had much better things to get to and didn’t have time to answer simple questions.

They close 10 minutes early like it’s too much for them to give people that time to finish their game & last drink. Then if you bring the real time up to them they will disregard and kick people out according to their “bar clock” time. What a lack of professionalism and consideration.
