My husband ordered pork miso.I ordered potsticker miso….well we got home with our meals
Husband open his up and ask were are the noodles?..I open mine up..well on the container it says beef…inside the soup is beef. I ordered potsticker.. my dad said his was fine….I tried calling the store several times..no answer..

Showed up on a Friday evening at 5:30-ish to place a take-out order. Line was already forming. Put in our order and was told to expect a 30-35 minute wait. Had a seat in a booth looking for a water station. A very observant staff member saw us and fetched two plastic drink cups without us speaking a word. Service for a take-out order. I love these kids! Kicked myself for not tipping at the counter.

Their chicken osaka bowl is so good – for something so easy, it is a must-have at least 2x a month for me. Their noodles are also VERY good. Plenty of parking, inside/outside seating, clean restaurant, and prices are fair. The food is cooked fresh and it is really good. If I am addicted to anything, it is their osaka sauce. Their lemongrass potstickers are also super tasty. Their portions have definitely gone down quite a bit in the last 2 years, and when ordering “double protein”… that’s not something I’ve ever actually received. It is always the same amount of meat as a regular order. It’s super tasty food – just don’t pay for double protein because you won’t receive that.

We did an order for delivery and within less than 10 my “freshly” cooked food was already picked up for delivery. This should have been my first red flag.
Upon delivery, my drive asked me to meet him at the bottom of the steps… what?!
Anyhow, now the food… I could have gotten better food at a big box fast food place for less and better flavor. The noodles were hard like they’d been sitting out all day. The flavor is terrible and close to nonexistent. The soup tasted like watered down chicken broth, but more water than broth. The egg rolls also hard as though they’d been sitting out all day. All the food was dry and ABSOLUTELY terrible! I truly tried to give the food a good try, but as I kept trying it was still so terrible. Sadly $50 was thrown straight into the trash. Unexceptionable!

I placed an order on door dash for a small teriyaki bowl and decided to substitute the rice with noodles, and the slaw with grilled veggies. I received my order with a sweet note inside from the Sullivan noodle express team giving me a kind tip on how to order that specific bowl next time for cheaper! They totally didn’t have to but they let me know and I’m very grateful for it! They’re always very kind every time I go in to eat as well!

It’s been awhile since we ordered from Noodle Express. It has gotten even better. Chicken Osaka and Fireworks Shrimp was to die for. Also, thank you for the extra sauces it makes a huge difference.

I absolutely love this place! My kids and I come here all the time and we’re always so happy with it. The team is super friendly, funny, and there are always smiles all around. The customer service is truly top tier — even when they’re slammed, they’re still happy to help and fix anything if needed. This place is seriously underrated and deserves way more recognition. Keep up the great work, you guys!

To be honest im not coming here again. Ill stick to the division one. This one pisses me off. When I order and pay for extra rice and double meat I expect it in MY BOWL not the second one I order with a totally different meat. You guys put extra rice in the wrong bowl and you didnt give me my double meat that I payed for. Scammers. Also when I ask for 6 teriyaki. I expect 6 not 4. Especially when you Mark it off as done. Also it would be nice if the staff acted like they wanted to be there and not as if anyone who brings them business is an inconvenience.

Placed an online order and my card was charged. Went in to pick up the order and the claimed to have not received it. They then proceeded to ignore me and not try to help out rectify the situation, instead just literally ignored me while I stood there trying to get them to help figure out a solution. I finally left and tried calling to speak with someone for over an hour just for no one to answer the phone. So now I’m out 50 dollars and no food.

Not the fastest, but it is absolutely cooked fresh every time for each customer. I’d rather wait a few minutes for fresh than be quick for stuff that’s been sitting under a lamp. Food was so damn good. Have been multiple times.
