We dined in and had the best experience. The ladies we so sweet and kind. I loved how one lady sang my name when my order was ready. The lady at the register was patient and helped me with my code. The ladies brought free ice cream and they had to dance for it.

There are good McDs and bad ones. This is not the worst I have been too but it’s close. I had to clean my drink because the spilled on the outside and barely wiped it down. No ICE in the dining area drink dispensers. The breakfast burritos were like a brick on the ends. They had to have been sitting a while under the heat lamps. These are something that should be made fresh to order. So a fail in my book.

I visited McDonald’s this morning, and I’m disappointed. First, they claimed they didn’t have my mobile code, which is frustrating because it’s supposed to make the ordering process smoother. Strike one.
Then, my hash brown was a complete letdown. It was dry, cold, and tasted like it had been sitting out forever. At 7:30 in the morning, I expect the food to be hot and fresh—especially during peak breakfast hours. This kind of quality is unacceptable.

I had ordered 2 triple cheese burgers with only ketchup extra ketchup and a mcdouble with only ketchup extra ketchup the nuggets and fries were also cold. I went in today to get it fixed and it was still wrong and cold. Y’all need to straighten up or hire new managers and/or people in the back cooking. Or learn how to read and listen to the customer.

It’s been 2 years r more since I ate there. Big old woman at regester twittling her thumbs. Never gets orders right over charges and over charges tax. You will be there until Xmas. I went back today hoping they had fired her. She belongs in a nursing home not a McDonald’s. There she was playing with a cup instead of doing her job as usual. I walked out. Will not be giving my money to that place.

Give zeros if I could! My dad tried to eat there the other day so this is his story, he just doesn’t know how to do a review lol you couldn’t pay me to eat McDonald’s period! He said he stood there waiting 30+ mins to NOT even get a “hey, how are you”. Then line of ppl staring piling up an then while they’re all standing there still waiting to be recognized a cook on the line with NO GLOVES on made himself a jelly biscuit an started eating it right there in-front of everybody waiting to order!!!! Came to the mc Donald’s to get breakfast and no one was attending the front registers, was standing there for 30 min with no one coming to the front. There attention was set on the drive through customers. Employees are fooling around in the back while they got a line of customers waiting for their order and a line of customers waiting to order. Ordered off door dash tonight. Burger on the left was from my first order, Burger on the right was a remake. Not 1 but 2 burgers got sent out under cooked. This is unacceptable. Whoever the manager on this shift should address the cooks before y’all catch a lawsuit from serving undercooked/raw meat.
