My meat lover skillet is less than half full than normal and at my request bacon only but no bacon here. Lots of onions! The restaurant had 14 dirty tables all around us, super disgusting, yes I counted them. Gal serving us was defensive, rude and unhelpful, she clearly hates her job. We had to find our own silverware and napkins. Twilight moment tonight.

I was there because that was an option my sister who is vegan could have, but we found out the impossible burger and sausage was a trial/ marketing campaign. Fortunately, they still had some left in the freezer, so my sister and her husband were able to eat. I did find out they will be having a vegan pumpkin pie available soon.

Worst experience ever. Our waiters name was Ahblin. She was very disrespectful. She kept rushing us during our order, even when my 11 year old was ordering, this “waiter” acted as if it was a hassle to wait for her to order, and she also had absolutely zero common sense about hygiene to the point I lost my appetite immediately. When i go to a restaurant, I expect to be treated with respect and valued as a customer, but this lady completely made it seem like she was more worried about rushing than she was about satisfying the customer. I will never be back to this location. This employee completely ruined the peaceful dinner I was trying to have with my family and I really hope the management does better in the future about who they hire because employees like her are only going to scare customers away.

This restaurant has gone downhill. It was dirty. The carpet is horrible, spider webs everywhere, ceiling fans, windows. The food took over 1/2 hour to get to us and they had 2 other customers besides us. I ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich and the toast was burned. My husband had an omelet with loaded hashbrowns and they were burned. The outside in poor condition with dirt and spider webs all over definitely should have been our first indication that it was going to be as bad inside. The bathrooms have a coded locked door, and the inside was disgusting. Urine on the floors. We definitely will NOT be back. Hopefully we don’t get food poisoning.

Took my aunt to get piece of pie waited up front to order and be seated for 20 min. Finally the guy from kitchen came out and helped us. he was very nice and if not for him i would still be there. My aunt is late 80s so this was not fun. They weren’t busy.

It has been a while since I have been to Shari’s and wow, let’s just say not what they used to be. Long wait time to even have someone acknowledge you are waiting. Once someone came to the front they seemed almost bothered. I get hectic days but there is still customer service, which seems to not have recovered from COVID.
