The old owners knew how to make and serve great food. Since the new owners it has gone down hill. The waitress was horrible and took a plate off the table that I was still eating from. Laid $6 for a tip on the table and then took it off to reevaluate and she started yelling about it. Immediately got up and left. Food is terrible now. Used to go once or more a week with friends but will not be returning and I advise everyone else to not waste your time or money here. These owners do not know how to run a buisness and as a server myself, the servers are TERRIBLE. Would give zero stars if I could.

Decided to give this another try for the second time since new management and owners. DO NOT GO HERE. The food was not hot. It was not good either. The only thing that was good was the lo mein but it wasn’t even hot. Used to come here on a weekly basis. Will not be coming here at all anymore. The waitress was rude. Our drinks were not filled when empty and when it came time for the bill and fortune cookies she slammed it on the table. The walls in the booth we were sitting at (second one from the buffet) were filthy. Had fruit flies all over the fruit. It’s just a no for me.

Ii use to like going to this restaurant until it became under new management. The quality and taste of the food immediately changed. They are cutting corners with the preparation and ingredients of the food. The chicken wings size changed to very small and were fried extremely hard to where you couldn’t even eat them. I complained to management but the next time I visited the wings were exactly the same way. The lo mein doesn’t taste like it used to either. Me and my husband used to eat there at least twice a month. They have lost two customer.

So I had got special fried rice and ribs…. I’m doing this review because I was so shocked that I never had ribs so hard to chew and bite I was speechless. I had to throw the ribs away because it was too hard to eat. You’ll be chewing for days. A little disappointed. At least the rice was good. Being that I’m not from the area if I was I would of stopped by to let them know.

This used to be one of my favorite buffets, but something is not right the past few months. Food tastes different and not as fresh as normal. Whole new crew of employees it seems. Server was efficient at removing plates, but not as friendly as the previous servers. Overall the whole experience was not very good.

Food was ok at best. Most off the foods were cold and old.Bathrooms are dirty,unclean with no paper towels.Tables are sticky. They said they have snow crab legs. Nope some small crummy crab legs only. Will not be going back.

I’m very disappointed in the bad service I received from the guy upfront!! When I told him about how hard that rice was he just didn’t care at all!! He made a ugly statement everybody likes it. When they had the last ownership they were nice and probably would have correct the situation but this guy didn’t do nothing but just took the money of course. They don’t need staff like that working for them. If I was real rich and famous like my ex fiancee he would have respected him. But since I’m just a nurse with education I don’t get no respect or nothing after I paid my money for that hard rice!!! They will not see my face for a very very very long time.

Giving one star is too generous. I ordered chicken rice noodle last Saturday and it was perfect. I ordered it again today and they gave me chicken,rice,noodle in a soup container. Then when I got ALL the way home I called the restaurant to let them know they made a mistake and I was on my way to get the right order, so the Spanish guy left me on hold 11 mins then told me he didn’t know if they served chicken rice noodle to hold AGAIN. He left me on hold again and I hung up because I had already walked thru their door!! they had ZERO idea of what they serve!! I asked what had changed and was told management,but I believe there are different owners. They tried to remake the same thing and the Hispanic guy was rude acting like I was an issue. He was fumbling looking for the receipt and told the older guy I hadn’t been there in awhile that’s why he couldn’t seem to find my receipt when I literally was there less than 30 minutes prior! the older Asian who supposedly cooked the right one last weekend was rude and ask ME to tell him what chicken rice noodle was. I’m sorry you don’t know your menu and let’s talk about the food that was too spicy and the potatoes were hard. Will not be back.
