I ended up here when the place I was going to was closed on a Sunday,. The staff were super helpful and the food was surprisingly good, however the restroom definitely needed some attending. And bc of that I can only give it 3 stars.

Place is dirty and sticky. Staff were friendly. You have to stand there and wait for someone to realize you’re there, service with a smile once you get there. Food was mediocre, Mac and cheese was awful, tasted old and burnt with the consistency of mashed potatoes. pulled pork was just ok. Sweet tea had gone sour, peach tea was drinkable. Pictures don’t do it justice but bathrooms were dirty as well. Shane would be disappointed…

I ordered a to go chicken sandwich. I asked for lettuce and tomato. No tomato and the lettuce was rotten. Also, the Cole slaw was yellow and runny. The fries were soggy and half cooked. Very disappointed to say the least.

Visited this location 10/27, service was exceptional! The food I ordered to eat at my visit was amazing, haven’t had a good shack potato since I worked for this company in North Carolina! Now the reasoning for the 3 stars is that I ordered a pork wrap to go, wasnt assembled very well, quickly fell apart AND I FOUND A HAIR IN IT. Extremely disgusted, I’m just lucky I found it before I ate it.

They gave us raw chicken. Out of the 10 tenders we ordered, only 2 or 3 were mostly cooked. Don’t go there anymore. Very unsanitary.

Shane’s has a great burger. I was shocked really. I love bbq, Shane’s is a little to commercialized for me, the bbq is decent. You know what to expect when you go here. Nothing bad to say, it’s just not real bbq.

The food was great. It’s one of the best and biggest hamburgers I’ve had. It was obviously higher quality meat than what is found at many places. We got our food quickly, and the staff who waited on us was nice and helpful. I like the atmosphere, because it isn’t overly stimulating. Country music was background noise, and not loud.

I ate there just a few days ago. Was fantastic like always. Chelsea the front end manager was very attentive and clearly demonstrated professional and hospitable customer service. She treated us like family and obviously loves her job. Employees like Chelsea keeps people coming back!!!
