We tried the bunch of lunch again after a break. It costs us 35.00 with soda. They served pizza, chicken, mojo potatoes, spaghetti, mashed potatoes, gravy salad bar, and cinnamon rolls were some choices. Not bad tasting and brought back memories

I drove 30 MI with my family to go to Shakey’s all you can eat buffet which closes at 2:00. We made it in time or so we thought. 2 minutes to 2:00 they said buffet was closed. She wasn’t apologetic about it either and at 2:00 on the nose all the food for the buffet was coming off the line and straight into a trash can. What is their cutoff time for their all-you-can-eat buffet? If I had gotten there at 15 minutes before 2:00 could I still have purchased the buffet only to have them take all the food off the line at 2:00 before I can even go back for seconds? I’m a little confused about this because there’s a similar place in yucaipa that has all you can eat buffet and you can purchase up until 2:00 and they do not remove the food from the line until 2:30. I’m never going to go to the buffet at Shakey’s again and besides it’s a lot cheaper just to straight out pay for pizza or whatever you want rather than to pay for the buffet. The pizza is usually acceptable but the ribs that have a lot of fat are good but the ones that don’t are always dry. They don’t seem to ever have enough people clearing the tables. They want you to use a new plate each time you get food but they can’t because there’s no room on the table for more plates so you have to use your own plate over again. They have too many people standing back behind the counter and not enough people working out on the floor. This last time there’s actually five of us but there wasn’t any tables for five people could sit because they’re all reserved for parties. They only had four people tables which are very small already and a couple of tables for two. Actually I’m done with Shakey’s for now and I will just drive to yucaipa because I don’t have any of these problems there. I won’t mention the name of the place because I don’t think that would be appropriate but the first word in the name is pizza.

This Shakeys has plenty of space inside for seating even when they are busy, although the booths are taken most of the time. The food is always great here. They offer a brunch buffet in the mornings on the weekends. They have a pretty good sized gaming area for the kids that earn tickets that they could exchange for priclzes.

You have to like Shakey’s to overcome the price. Pizza always good. Somewhat the same for the Mojo potatoes. Chicken? Taste good. Others in party devour it. Me? A bit skimpy for the price.A lot to pay for those added potatoes too.

First time coming to this shakey and the cashier was patient and very helpful. The food was fresh and delicious and the server ask if we needed anything else which was very kind. I would highly recommend this place for anyone that’s hungry and want to have a good time

Customer service is always awesome! Foods always fresh and tastes so good! Today’s my birthday and I chose to go here! We went for the buffet. We asked for sausage pizza and not only did they make it, but they brought it to us! Excellent customer service! Love this place!

Not such a good experience at this place. Our mojos were dry and tasteless. The place needs an update. It’s always very dirty. The chicken is overly cooked. The majority of cooks have beards and don’t wear masks. I wouldn’t go back to eat here. Definitely a big NO for me

We were very sad when our favorite Shakey‘s closed on Van Buren Blvd. I finally found this one on Sunnymead Boulevard in Moreno Valley, I didn’t know what to expect but I was very pleasantly surprised, it was clean and the buffet was completely stocked, The staff was very friendly and very helpful the food was great and I’m happy to say we found our new Shakey’s . eat local, shop local and spend local.

Food great, Atmosphere great, Service great! Family oriented, play area for kids to earn tickets for prizes, parents can enjoy watching sports in anyone of their rooms. Tonight while at Shakey’s we even got to enjoy viewing a children’s birthday party.
All great but trying to find a spot to park was a pain. Not much parking spaces available on either sides of the restaurant. So location wasn’t great at all. Plus their Restrooms were Nasty and very tight not well kept at all. Oh yeah plus their not very big about cleanliness in their dining areas once they’ve been wiped down.
