I went to the Chick-fil-A in Pearland today and overall had a really good experience. At first my order was slightly messed up — nothing major, but I did need the correct meal. I called and they were super kind and told me to come back for a replacement sandwich.
When I came back, they didn’t charge me at all. I also asked if I could order a drink, and they told me it was on the house too. On top of that, they surprised me with a brownie in the bag. That small act of kindness honestly meant a lot — it made me feel really grateful and lowkey lifted my mood on a pretty mid day.
Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it with kindness and generosity really stood out. Great customer service and they genuinely care about their guests. I’ll definitely be back.

While sitting inside in the evening eating my Cobb Salad, I witnessed something I have not seen in my 65 years. I saw an employee named Melody while working the drive through on a remote microphone cleaning the dining room. I have never heard someone so cordial and pleasant ever at any restaurant. I was amazed and enthralled with just sitting while I ate listening to her pleasant voice taking drive through orders WHILE PAINSTAKINGLY CLEANING THE DINING AREA. I was amazed. This is what the world needs in kindness. HUGE . Excellent employee. You are lucky to have her.

My birthday is May 4th and of course it’s Star Wars Day! I just happened to be in my Ahsoka costume and someone suggested I go to Chic-Fil-A because they were having Star Wars Day! I’m so glad I did! The staff was amazing! They were all dressed up and so welcoming! The decor was A1!! They even gave me a card for a free sandwich! It all really made my day and I can’t express how grateful I was!

Cobb salad gave me food poisoning. Salad looked a little dark but I was too hungry and still ate. Was awake the whole night throwing up. Maybe try something else off the menu, I don’t think the salad was cleaned properly.
