Visiting from out of town and my local aunty said this place had great burgers so we went to the 27th & Cornhusker location for dinner. She was right, burgers and fries were delicious! She had the 1809 burger and loved the pickled apples and smoked gouda. I had the Fireside burger and it was really good. Loved the awesome sauce with our fries! As great as the food was, the service was even better. The staff was so efficient, sweet, and accommodating.
I’m not a fan of pink burgers and completely forgot to ask for my burger well-done. By the time I remembered, our food was coming out. I was just going to try deal but the girl who brought it out said right away to let her know if they were too pink. She insisted on making a well-done burger for me as I apologized profusely. She was so friendly and insisted it was no problem. I apologized again to the guy who brought out the new burger and he was just as friendly and insistent that it was no problem. I very much appreciated them for being so kind when it was my fault for forgetting to ask. I would visit again solely based on the amazing staff.

Very awesome tater tots and burger. I wasn’t sure what to get and the front service guy was super helpful and friendly. He suggested a few things but I got a pretty regular burger – the USA burger. I got it cooked with no pink and the tater tots were regular and it with the truffle mix. Tater tots were fresh and hot and have a great crunch. The burger was cooked great and the flavor was a lot better than some number guys burger spot.
Also the Banarama is good and it’s too bad more places don’t do a banana shake as it’s the best. It starts out super thick and you’ll have to use a spoon for a bit. The flavor is really good and the mix they have it in is interesting. Some crumb bits in there.
Overall very pleased and happy I stoped by. I don’t eat a lot of burgers but this is one of the better non-chain places to get a burger for a decent price. It’s not cheap but middle of the road.

So after everyone telling us we HAD to try this place, we were not disappointed! The burgers were juicy and flavorful. I just got the original with bacon, cheese etc. But my son is picky about burgers and even he loved it! The truffle fries were where it’s at, just a tad bit on the salty side but still absolutely delicious! We will definitely be back! Also the lady at the counter was so friendly and super helpful with nothing but a smile on her face the whole time!

Was very quiet upon entering. Peaceful my entire meal, definitely a quiet spot to grab some good food. The Burgers are always on point here whether it’s their regular menu or their rotating burgers! Tons of options for fries or tots amongst other sides and deserts. Staff was friendly and the service was quick.

What’s not to love if you are American and love burgers. But seriously the staff is great. They helped assure my gluten free family members about the buns and directed them to the flavor of their choice. Food was made with love. The place was very busy on a Saturday.

While on a business trip to Lincoln, I was in the mood for a burger. Looked up reviews and this place was at the top. I walked in and was greeted by a friendly cashier who described the menu items for me. I ordered the “Greatest Burger Ever” with tots. The food came out very quickly and was fresh and hot. The burger got the spot and the tots were cooked to perfection. The meal was ample without being too much. Glad I stopped by and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a tasty burger in Lincoln

Visiting from out of town and was told by a local to check this place out. Very glad we did as the burgers my wife and I each had were delicious. I had the Greatest Burger Ever, minus the fried onions and she had the Fireside burger. Both were excellent and if we ever find ourselves back here in Lincoln in the future, we definitely will be stopping in.

Legit Burger spot in Lincoln! We each had the greatest burger ever, my husband ordered a double with tots and I had a single with Parmesan truffle fries!! If ever in Lincoln would def stop in again!!! Great service and clean atmosphere!!!

I just had the regular burger and it was exactly what I expected. A great, no frills, tasty burger. I did like the looks of their specialty burgers so next time I’ll give those a try.

Always a great burger at Honest Abe’s. I try to get the burger with the most unusual toppings, and “The Count” didn’t disappoint. My wife was liked the burger salad which was made with green leaf lettuce.
We were in Lincoln to pick something up, but would think about driving there just to get a burger, if it goes too long before we have Honest Abe’s again.
