This Shakey’s Pizza location is outstanding. The food quality is consistently excellent fresh, flavorful, and well prepared every time. The customer service truly stands out we came here on Sunday during lunch time and it was busy. We had a group of 10 people and Brenda the manager was able to help us get a table so that my family and I could enjoy the bunch of lunch. The staff is friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. The atmosphere is clean, comfortable, and family-friendly, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. Overall, this location delivers a great dining experience, and I highly recommend it.

My family and I recently celebrated my birthday at Shakey’s Pizza Parlor in Alhambra, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment we called to make the reservation to the day of our celebration on January 31, 2026, the management team was attentive, professional, and welcoming.
I would especially like to recognize the managers — Brenda, Michael, Tiana, Henry, and if I’m not mistaken, Ronoldi who was our server for going above and beyond to ensure our guests were well taken care of. They consistently checked on our tables, provided pitchers of water without us having to ask, and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout our visit.
We arrived approximately 30 minutes early, and the team was incredibly accommodating. They allowed us to set up ahead of time, showed us our designated section, and were kind enough to store our cake in their refrigerator until it was time to serve it. That level of thoughtfulness truly made our celebration stress-free.
The food was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The salad bar, in particular, offered a wide variety of options and was well stocked and maintained.
Overall, the customer service, food quality, and hospitality exceeded our expectations. I truly appreciate the entire team for making my birthday celebration memorable, and I would highly recommend this Shakey’s location to anyone looking for great food and exceptional service.

Great service and accommodating to large groups, really greatful to the Manager Daisy who really made us feel at home for the girls to watch the big soccer game. Been coming here for years for end of season parties, graduations, and fundraisers and the staff is always very helpful. Love the add-on deal to help feed a crowd with a PCM, and love the thin crust that still tastes great, and the thick crust is also great. Can’t beat watching a big game with some good food with a crowd at this location, while the kids have fun in the arcade.

Lots of parking and a chill atmosphere. Good for small parties and quick takeout. Ultimate PCM can serve more than 6 people. Pizza and garlic bread is very cheesy. Chicken and mojos are my recommendations very juicy and freshly made. Probably recommend it compared to other fast food chains except in-and-out.
