The food arrived quickly and was extremely good. I got tonkatsu ramen with pork chashu, and my wife got shio ramen also with chashu. The broth was full of flavor, but not overwhelming; instead, very balanced. The pork chashu was beautifully sliced, with great taste and texture, the slice being presented whole and at the same time melting in the mouth. The texture of the egg was great as well, and I was able to taste the marinate (probably some sake and some shoyu?). The noodles here are a bit thicker than other ramens I had before, but I found it nice, offering a good bite. We had a homemade yuzu lemongrass lemonade to share, which was great. We spent 33 euros in 2 persons, including 10% tip I chose to give. Even if we ordered another drink, it would cost less than 40 euros.
They also offer package to take leftover food home.
I got takoiaki in here, it had little to do with the original one, it looked more like a “bolinho de chuva”, nonetheless, it was not enough to decrease the 5 stars. The gyoza is incredible, although they should also offer a pork one, they only have chicken/vegetarian.
The ramens are good and the medium portin serves one person well.
The Ebi tempura was not really tempura, was just Ebi with a covering hahahah! This is why I am not giving them 5 stars, for they have made me make two wrong choices.
This was my first time trying ramen and I was very surprised. The ramen is so flavorful and delicious. I ordered the chicken curry ramen, absolute bussin, no cap.
Had a tonkotsu ramen. The soup is very powdery, and the meat was cut too thick and overcooked. The noodles are instant noodle quality.
Also how they served the genmaicha is a little stupid, the tea bag hanging out dripping water everywhere and it’s to full and it’s hard to drink when it’s hot.
I understand it’s Europe here the standard is lower but I had to tell the truth since I was also misled by the high rating.
