Shake Shack at UTC is one of my favorite places to grab a quick bite. The burgers are always cooked just right, the patties are flavorful, & buns are super soft. Their crinkle fries are always crispy, and the shakes are honestly addictive.

My first time at a Shake Shack and was extremely impressed. The burger was great and the parm garlic fries were awesome! However, food aside…the service and friendliness of the employees was impressive! Checking on tables, offering assistance, and taking the time to assist an older disabled gentleman from the second they saw him walking up to the door. We will definitely be back!

This is a pretty typical Shake Shack: modernist theming, crowded places, and high prices. This location has a good location being close to a lot of shopping, and is at a corner. However parking is at the other side of the street! There’s kiosks to order food and a crew member will give you your food.
Talking about the service, they’re pretty friendly and they offer refills. The food is typically very good, and is worth the high prices. My burger is juicy and the cheese fries also have good flavor. Overall, I enjoyed the experience but the atmosphere could be better to make it excellent.

Shake shack awesome as usual. O. G The on duty manager was phenomenal helping with my order. He also made sure my food arrived perfectly. Great location and staff. I traveled over a hour to get my Shake Skack fix.

A rip off. My chicken sandwich was about 1/8 of an inch thick. Probably 4 grams of protein. No where near worth the price. Their kiosk was broken so I had to replace my order at the counter. The manager had an attitude when I asked about my chicken. She said they’re all weighed the same, so your chicken will look like this too if you order one.

Great experience at stake shack!!! The place was clean, the food was really good, and the surface stood out. Obed, the gentle manager, he came out and brought me a water, such a kind gesture. He went out of his way to make sure everything was good and was extremely friendly, even approached me by my name. You can totally truly cares about customers. I’ll definitely be back.

First time dining. The set up for ordering is really a poor design. It’s by the entrance. Restaurant was packed. The place for ordering by the front door was an mess and lines backed up by the booths. Just a crowded uncomfortable experience.

I want to share my experience at this Shake Shack. We spent a pleasant time with my family. The manager is an amazing person. Mr. O B. He is really doing a nice job. He personally brought my food to the table. And greeted us in a very polite manner. Place was clean and service was quick. Nice place to come back to. Thanks to Mr. O B, great Job.

I visited specifically to try their limited-time Dubai chocolate shake, as I’m a fan of the chocolate bar it’s based on. The shake was rich, flavorful, and topped with pistachios—delicious, though a bit too indulgent to finish. While there, I also ordered a burger and fries, and I was pleasantly surprised—the burger was juicy and well-seasoned, and the fries made a perfect side. Overall, a satisfying visit
