The hamburgers are DELICIOUS and the vegetables taste and look FRESH . This is a very cozy restaraunt. I enjoy that it has an enclosed patio with visible shelter to see outdoors. I also enjoy that it was heated. I was there on a very chilly evening and the heaters were running on,even with the doors open to out doors the patio was warm and cozy . The service was friendly. I received my order in a fair timely manner I will defentilty come again. It is a very nice place for a group to eat and hangout . I love that I can order through the machine or through an employee . The seating is very nice with assorted style tables for all types of groups and even solo.

Usually enjoy these places but tonight the burger tasted a bit funny and texture felt strange in the last half of my burger. Turned on a light to inspect and sure enough uncooked pocket of beef patty.

Service was excellent, very quick. From the door to the end of my order was 1 minute total. Granted I knew what I wanted. Food only took 6 minutes after that to get brought out which is nice and it was hot and fresh. Cheese fries were crisp and delicious. They give a wooden fork so you don’t have to get messy if you don’t want to. Shake is great, not solid like ice cream but not a puddle.

Is shake shack good? Yes. Delicious. Is the price absurd? Yes. Absolutely. Would I return because the quality of the food exceeds expectations? Yes.
As someone that works in customer service I would encourage you to have someone more upbeat or at least looks like they want to be there at the front taking your order. With the prices of the items on the menu I’d assume workers are getting paid fairly and “tips” shouldn’t be solicited.
As far as the burger goes… I think the layer of shack sauce was thicker than the patty itself. The lettuce was soggy and the excess sauce made the buns soggy too. Maybe I’m picky? Or maybe $17 for a single patty burger, fries and drink is just a little too much when the majority of the burger was bread and sauce.
I’d love to leave a better review but I expected better for the price.

Ordered takeout on the app, easy peasy. Went to pickup, waited a few and staff informed me order was ready. Took it outside to enjoy the shake and burger. The burger was on the smaller side but very tasty and juicy. Will take this over most other fast food places. the peach shake was also decent except some of the peach pieces were too big for the straw and I was in danger of hyperventilating trying to suck out those delicious peach pieces. Besides that, definitely a winner. will come again when i feel like training my breathing and stamina 🙂

It was my first time visiting shake shack because I’ve heard about it before, and I really enjoyed my experience here. The food was really good! Also the service from the employees is really nice. The team member named Avah helped me decide what to order since it’s my first time here, and she was also very welcoming and pleasant. She greeted me first once I entered the building, and she had a smile on her face. She had really good manners and a pleasant personality which I don’t see often. I’ll definitely come back here for food again. The burger was very good, much better than Five Guys, and the shake (cookies and cream) was also very good! I’d take a picture of the food but I already ate everything lol

Who doesnt like shake shack? I gave a 4 star rating only because staff messed up my order and as i explained to them, it is not acceptable particularly when allergies are involved. Cant be a mistake. Staff was friendly and even tried to fix it willingly, thank you for that. My granddaughters enjoyed their meals.

I was very impressed by the efficiency and respect the restaurant team showed to each other and the customers. I was especially impressed by what I can only assume was a manager (based on his outfit) of the restaurant. He was very hands on and stayed busy by greeting customers, helped get orders ready, cleaned the windows of the doors, made sure the drink station was clean, cleared out trays, and conducted (from my perspective) an interview all in the short time I was eating at the restaurant. It’s rare to see managers work in view of the customers, let alone be so efficient. The team was very personable, always asking if we needed anything or just asking how our experience was going. They kept the restaurant very clean and organized. The kitchen crew was constantly focused on their tasks as well. I will definitely be back!

Place is nice and clean! Burgers taste amazing, Fries were nice and crisp ( Parmesan Fries ) The dreamsicle shake taste incredible. I definitely recommend this place. My only criticisms would be, I wish Shake Shack sold Turky Burgers

Chocolate shake was very very very chocolatey. The bread they use for the burger is so tender and light. I loved it. Cheese fries were not drowned in cheese, but just right. Burger? What can I say it was great. Had the bacon burger. Cherry peppers were just the right amount of sweet heat.
