I don’t understand any negative reviews of this restaurant. I’ve ordered delivery from them multiple times and was pleasantly surprised the first time, wondered if it would be so consistent the second time, and found myself ecstatic the third time.
This restaurant is akin to the Taco Bell of my youth. It fills me up with less *items* than I’ve found with most restaurants. I generally order heavy as well. My last order not only fed me that night, but fulfilled my midnight snack with leftovers. And it tasted great!
Some restaurants lose my business after the first order, some I try twice and forget, but this restaurant has not only earned my trust but will get my business as long as they keep showing me the same greatness that they have shown so far. 5/5 all day.

We went inside to eat. The inside looked clean. We stood at the counter and had to use the touch screen to order. Not a single employee acknowledged we were standing there. I counted 6 people working behind the counter. There were a couple cars in the drive thru line when we walked inside and 2 people waiting inside for pick up orders. The food was as expected when visiting a fast food restaurant. It was hot and tasted fine.

Ok. If you’re looking for a place to come in from the cold today, this isn’t it. It’s VERY cold in here. I understand it’s cold outside. But it’s bundle up and see your breath cold in here. I haven’t had Taco Bell in a while and was not ready for ordering on a terminal with no employees in sight. Call me an old fuddy duddy. But I didn’t enjoy that at all. Especially having to take my gloves off to use it. Seeing how cold it is in here. I don’t understand how a multi BILLION dollar international mega company can’t turn the heat on in the dining area.

Been here a few times in the last month and Everytime they forget something. This time we got a bowl that’s about 2/3 full for 8.19….. very up setting. Last time they forgot 3 items, time before they forgot two items, time before they forgot I ordered in general and left my food in the back to get cold.

Told I wasn’t allowed to order my food a certain way, made me circle around the drive thru twice an still messed my order up, I wouldn’t recommend, spend the extra buck and go to hot heads, this place isn’t really rock bottom, date and time is 02/08/2026 around 9:30 incase any managers want to handle this, should not have had this horrible of an experience just to order nacho fries smh

Genuinely the worst Taco Bell on the planet. They seem to purposefully mess up orders. Not giving all toppings on tacos, I’ve been served watered down mtn dew when I asked for no ice. I’ve asked for light ingredients and they gave me extra ingredients. Avoid at all costs

We get inside order our food on the kiosk. Takes a little bit to get it. Which isn’t a big deal. But the nuggets (new item) were cooked way to long they were hard. Couldn’t eat. And my chicken quesadilla wasn’t all the way done. On to the drinks. Go to the fountain machine and everything is nasty. Just comes out water. On to of that the store itself inside was disgusting. Everything was nasty. The floors were so sticky my shoes stuck to the floor. Good all over the floor chairs tables. The fountain machine was nasty hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. But the worst thing about the whole visit. Was hearing the employees back behind the counter talking about a customer who had called in to get something fixed or replaced that was messed up. Basically saying she’s wrong they are right they are not replacing whatever it was that needed replaced. Just talking rude. The employees were loud and obnoxious behind the counter. Seemed like they had plenty of time to talk and carrying on but couldn’t clean the restaurant up at all. Very disappointed.
