Food was decent. Our food took longer than usual, but the manager apologized and went above and beyond what most places would do and gave us some free food without us asking or expecting it. I wanted the no 2 and accidentally ordered the no 1. The difference is the cheddar. I explained that I wanted to buy a new sandwich because I meant to order the no 2. They exchanged it and apologized that I ordered the wrong sandwich. How cool is that? They did not even blink. Thank you so much. Great service, great staff and very friendly.

Had a pleasant chat with the cashier about my love for Arby’s. He even knew of my hometown and that we had an Arby’s there 10 years ago that shut down. That was over 500 miles from his location. Guy knew his stuff about his brand and its place in Texas and that made the beef-n-cheddar taste that much better.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. No ketchup in the lobby and when requested was given two packs for two large fries and then she huffed at me like I was an inconvenience to her..since covid all customer service has gone downhill and absolutely horrible.
