WAYYYY TOO PRICEY for a burger WITHOUT fries! BUT, if you’re Looking for an affordable Juicy burger combo worth its quality and size!? Just a short walk across Jefferson Plaza sits Ali’s Smash & Smoothies truck — a welcoming stop where, even in this economy, you can still stretch your dollar over a hearty smash patty and fries. They even make smoothies!!! Bt Hey, Don’t take my word for it, try it yourself & come back to Thank Me Later 🙂

Discover the beauty of the world through the eyes of a foodie. A hearty Shake Shack Double Cheeseburger for lunch is a great choice.

I ordered a couple of burgers, fried pickles, and spicy fries. The burgers were okay, but the pickles were overly greasy and undercooked. They were doughy. The fries were disappointing as well; they were hard and tasted like they had been sitting out for a while, not fresh at all. This was my second order from this location, and unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. It didn’t feel like the quality I’ve come to expect from Shake Shack. This location definitely needs some improvement.

Food was good, all a la carte so it adds up fast and limited options for kids. Service was slowwww, screen prompts for a tip so I did since I was dining in but it took forever and I had to clean my own table so not sure what tip was for, it was worse service than chick fil a and they don’t beg for a tip on the order screen and they are fast and super friendly.
Also, a group next to us came in with two dogs unleashed literally roaming around the restaurant and my kids were scared. If you like dogs don’t come at me, but be a respectful pet owner and employees shouldn’t allow it. Employees clearly saw them as they were everywhere even up at the ordering and pickup station.
Will try another location maybe?

I went to Shake Shack when it was still a shack in NYC, and many others since. Boy how things have changed. First of all, the burger was not smashed properly. If the edges of the patty isn’t crispy, then the essence of this kind of burger is lost. Secondly, I ordered a SmokeShack, which is supposed to contain bacon, and cherry peppers. When I got mine, it didn’t come with it, and unfortunately because of my hunger I ate 70% of the burger before I realized. When I brought it back to the counter, the first thing the staff asked me was “how could you eat so much of it and not realize?” Then subsequently said “No refunds, can only provide the sides that were missing.” I wasn’t happy and then was tossed around to two other staff for questioning before the manager came and rudely asked me “so what do you want”. I said I wanted another SmokeShack because I didn’t get what I paid for. She showed such disdain for me I asked “are you insinuating that I’m lying??”She rolled her eyes and walked away without as much an apology, and instructed her staff to finally, after 10 mins of questioning, to make me one. Hugely disappointed in the franchise and how they train their staff and chefs. I’d never get this at Chick-fil-a. Not gonna give this business another dime of my money for the humiliation they gave me.

Its Shake Shack, so there isn’t anything out of the ordinary here. Burgers were good, fries were perfect, the cheese sauce is always satisfying!
My only issue was getting a shake. I love that there system can somehow predict how unhealthy I am and no matter what shake I tried to order, it wouldnt allow me to place the order on the system in store. I can order anything else, but when I checked out with a shake, it would error out my order… Yes, I could’ve just went to the register, but I took this as fate telling me to back off the damn calories…

Today was the first time I’ve had a shake shack burger in over a decade due to a gluten allergy after practically living at the Madison square park location prior. My fiancé and I learned of the addition of gluten free buns a few weeks ago, so naturally I wanted a burger as my first food after a 14 hour gastric testing fast. The staff were extra careful with our food and super professional about alerting us to cross contamination. Thanks for making my day, team! ♥️ and look at this bun!!!

Found Black Avocado on my burger. I removed some of it but later noticed it was pretty much the entire avocado. Whoever made this burger definitely noticed the avocado was black but decided to still put it on the burger. Never coming back to this location and unfortunately makes me want to closer inspect my burgers moving forward

I asked as soon as I arrived if the food sitting behind the counter was mine. Waited a half hour for my food to “come out”. It was the food sitting in a box behind the employees the whole time. Manager was very hostile and confrontational when I asked what they’re going to do to correct this. Refused a refund. Avoid at all costs if you have any respect for your own time.

The burgers were fine, fries were fine, but the chicken bites were a joke. $7 for 6 pieces, but you gotta see these pictures to believe it. Should’ve compared the one to my pinky toe lol.
