Sad the general area is not what it used to be; but the service was great. Slim was nice and pleasant for a friendly lunch with an old friend. We did not feel rushed or wait too long for our food. NCH is a Cincy treasure and they folks deserve better. Hoping 2026 brings you more business.

The food was overpriced I should have went to Frisch’s waitress got my order wrong. And I had to wait almost an hour for my food me and my family on dying in. When she forgot something on my order I told her to forget it I didn’t want to wait no longer. Decided to leave the place.

Horrible service. I called to place a carryout order, the phone kept ringing and ringing until some one picked up. She told me that they stopped placing phone orders for carry out at 6 o’clock. So i drove 30 minutes to go place a carryout order in person and after I show up, they say they’re not taking any carryout orders tonight. If that was true then why didn’t the lady on the phone just tell me that.

The wings were great! It was my first time there, and it was worth the drive! We ended up changing tables to get chairs with a back, but it was no big deal. Service was great, food was great, atmosphere was friendly.

Ordered at 730 and was told it would be ready at 8. Got there 815 and waited 15 minutes for food.
The steak was a joke and the $5 monkey bites were tiny, but when we went to eat they were so hard I couldn’t even put a fork into then. They didn’t include our side sauces. I’m usually a fan of Frickers but the only thing we enjoyed from the meal was the wings.
Come here for great wings.

So I am literally sitting outside right now due to the fact that the place smells like old mop water and butt . I’m in no way wanting to sabotage the restaurants ego but the smell was unpleasant, leave bearable I couldn’t even think the only thing that I thought was get outside of fresh air.
