Be prepared for a 21 min wait to get your food! Other than that, smoke shack burger ($9.09) came out fine with soft buns, meat done fine, and semi stiff bacon. Fries were slightly crispy ($4.25).

Unbelievable poorly made double snack burger. They said they cannot do a lettuce wrap and then gave me this with hardly any sauce lettuce or tomatoes. They were also super rude and had no one on line yet seven people working there. And they said “we are actually not affiliated with shack shack”. Watched 5 employees gossip in front of customers why my food sat under a hot lamp for 10 minutes just waiting to be put into a bag. There were 9 people behind me also waiting for food. The employee also mass cleared the tickets even when they weren’t ready to spoof the system.

Ate here at 13:02. Coryanna and the young man who handed me my food both provided excellent service with a smile. Not sure of the manager’s name, but it was nice to hear her provide some words of encouragement to her team.

I was unfortunately a witness to the rudest, most unprofessional display of what was supposed to be customer service. The employee was calling out names for customers to get her order, she approached the counter and mumbled, “y’all better start listening out for your names!” When a gentleman walked up to the counter and gave his name, she replied, very rudely I might add, ” that’s not the way you spell David!” I mean, she couldn’t have just at a minimum just hand him his food. I knew an apology was out of the question, but seriously, she wants to try and argue with the man about the way to pronounce HIS name???

Very very very very very very slow. Burger burnt to a crisp. Horrible job. Lots of staff standing doing nothing. Avoid this Shake Shack at all costs. This place should embarrass what is normally a good franchise.

So much attitude when I came to this location. Supposedly “ran out” of drip coffee an hour after it opened, order was totally wrong. Also, they open at 11am not 7am. I love Shake Shack as a brand, but this location is totally hurting their value.
