The shack burger is by far one of the best burgers I have ever had. The shack sauce pairs so well with the burger and it just melts in your mouth. The buns are fluffy and not chewy at all. We ate here twice on our trip and it was delicious nothing times. The crinkle cut fires were well seasoned and a perfect crisp. Wonderful food.

I don’t usually like Shake Shack. But this location came through for me today. When you are craving a salty snack at the airport this place will satisfy you. The fries are excellent. The crinkle cut is my preferred mode of fry product.
The shake was overly sweet and you could taste the unsweetened chocolate but not in a fully good way. At least it was cold and not near room temperature as I have had at other occasions at this chain restaurant.
$12.50 for fries and a shake was a little much but what are your options inside the concourse?
Lastly, some vinegar for the fries would be nice.

Nobody in line and my burger took 15 minutes. Not sure what happens when the airport is busy. The food was average but the fries were above average. Sandwichs were reasonably priced for an airport but probably because they were smaller than regular size sandwiches.

First time at Shake Shack and the burger was great, but the service was… intimate. I got a front-row seat to the cashier lady and her girlfriend (who doesn’t even work there) having a full-blown, “gross-level” flirt-off. I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to order a ShackStack or give them some privacy and a scented candle.
The romance stopped immediately when I asked about an untouched abandoned shake. Suddenly, I was the villain. Three staff members hit me with the “how dare you interrupt our vibe” glares and literally turned their backs on me. Huge shoutout to the one chef who actually understands the concept of a job; he told them to chill and gave me the shake. He’s the only reason this isn’t a 1-star review. He’s the hero, everyone else needs a cold shower.

A lot of reviews talk about bad attitudes, we did not experience that this time or the previous time that we were here. They do take just a bit longer to get food out than some Shake Shacks, but it still was pretty reasonable. The food was great, the cheese was like usual, the burgers were cut well and full. Fries were delicious!

Whoever was working the front of this restaurant around 4:45 pm on Monday, August 18th, deserves a bonus! I’m sorry I didn’t note the name, but they were managing both registers by themselves, seamlessly! AND with a positive attitude. Another customer and I noticed the napkins were out, so we got his attention. He came to assist immediately, and did not look at all bothered, despite how busy he obviously was. Good customer service experiences don’t happen too often now, unfortunately, so I was really impressed with this individual. And my burger and fries were delicious as well. Definitely needed a little more shake sauce, as only a tiny squirt was put on my burger. But it was all so hot and fresh. The fries were perfectly crispy.

Burgers were great! – They decided not to sell shakes or ice cream (disappointing), and staff was having a yelling fight with other staff…they didn’t make the food according to how we ordered (disappointing), but nonetheless the burgers were great 🙂

Finally impressed that the Indianapolis Airport has a good restaurant to grab food from in terminal B. Everything was made fresh to order. Great food great taste and great service. This may be the only counter service restaurant in the airport. If you’re headed to the airport rest a sure that there is good food fast inside.

This place always gets me right when I am traveling through Indy. Even if my gate is in the other concourse I will walk over here – the food is that much of a game changer. Additionally, the workers have always treated me well and my orders have come out in a timely manner.
