unfortunately a disappointment. Order 2 DOUBLE SMOKESHCK , as it is healthier. However, only one hamburger came for each, we asked to return it because it was not what was requested and when they brought it to us again, it came with the hamburque that was supposed to be natural, it came soaked in oil with the bread also soaked in oil, the whole tray with excess oil. Also came the past lettuce and off-white tomato that’s because we added it to our order. Unfortunately I won’t be back to this place it seemed to be very good but it was disappointing I left without eating because the first bite the oil dripped on my hands. 50$ dollars for a potato and a juice everything I ate in this place

A completely frustrating experience. I ordered at the kisok and sat down. It was late at night but somewhat busy for the time, so I expected to wait a little bit for my food. After about 15 minutes go by, I noticed that people who came in after me already had their food. I went to the counter and it took a few minutes to be acknowledged, and when they asked for the name on the order, they told me they gave my order to someone else. I had to wait ANOTHER 15 minutes for my food to be prepared. And the bacon cheese fries I ordered lacked bacon, so I brought it to their attention and they told me they ran out of bacon. Seeing as how I paid extra for the bacon, I asked if they could refund the difference or just give me a full refund on the fries. This seemed to cause a look of panic and/or confusion on the worker and another worker managed to scrounge up some bacon for me (it looked like she took it off a burger that was waiting in the window, so undoubtedly someone else ended up unhappy with their order).

One of the friendliest fast casual places I have ever been. There was a very nice man handing orders out and calling out names and just having a good time! It seems like a fun place to work and a very enjoyable place to dine! It is not a cheap meal but much better than McDonalds

I’m a big fan of Shake Shack, and probably have them more often than I should. This location is usually alright, but it’s the only one where I have gotten overcooked, well-done dry burgers that tasted of old grease, and on more than one occasion, once was today at 3pm.

My daughter and I came here for lunch in between shopping. The staff was very friendly and helpful to us. The restaurant was clean and so were the bathrooms. The area where you can get napkins, drinks, and condiments was also clean. I liked that they provided little paper cups and water because I had gotten a shake, but I really was thirsty and needed some water. I got the basic shack Burger with cheese and it was delicious. My daughter got the spicy Burger with bacon and cheese but she substitutes the regular shack sauce and it was really good. We tried the cookies milkshake that was on special for November and we were fighting over it.

Stopped here for a quick snack and place is nicely setup with shuffleboard to play while you wait. We ordered the double shack burger n bourbon chicken sandwich. Chix sandwich was great, very crispy n well seasoned, the sweetish sauce or jelly was a perfect compliment to the teeny spicy chicken. The burger was incredible, no seasoning which is what u want, u could taste the meat, hit the spot. Burger is well priced at 8.99 and sandwich at 8.79.
