Wow! Deliciously good-tasting, bad-for-your-body, food. This is a heart attack in a box, but at least you’ll die fat and happy. Seriously, this was an awesome burger. There are better ones out there, but I was surprised at the taste and quality of this burger for a ball field food stand. This was my first experience at a Shake Shack (I’m from out of town), and while the line was crazy long (a 42 minute wait between the top of the third and the bottom of the fifth innings), my meal was worth it. The prices for a ball field were decent and our customer service rep was friendly and patient with our large order for six people. As for the food, the fries were actually crispy and delicious as well considering they look like the Ore-Ida frozen crinkle fries you can purchase at the grocery. The shakes were heavenly. These are no frills, add-on burdened shakes, just pure creamy, ice cream and whole milk smoothness. And they fill you up! Come prepared. Come hungry. Leave full to bursting! I’ll definitely visit a Shake Shack when I’m in NY again.

Best places to get food at Citi field. Ironically it’s one of the cheapest places with burgers for 9/12 (double) compared to the $15 in most concession stands. It is located within Citi field next to section 139.
There is also a 10% discount if you use a Citi card.
They have hot dogs, beer ($13-15) and an exclusive Citi field triple cookie vanilla shake apart from the regular items at Shake shack.

Shake shack makes some of the MOST AMAZING burgers I’ve ever had! The burgers taste fresh and juicy and the buns are so incredibly soft! The reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because often times I have to wait WAY too long- up to 35 minutes or more. For this reason, I’ve been ordering from the mobile app/online so that I don’t have to wait in the restaurant. Ordering on the app/online is way faster and takes about 15 minutes, which is great, but they’ve made mistakes a couple of times. Their burgers are delicious, so I would have given a higher rating even though they made mistakes- but the the employees are often not too friendly and food isn’t the only thing that matters.

If satan had a fast food place this would be it. This is the worst shake shack in the world it maybe has 3 items from the actual store menu. As for the service I don’t think I met a nastier man in my life. I didn’t know what I wanted and was trying to figure it out and he screamed at me when I couldn’t figure out what water I wanted it .0001 seconds. I asked for a black and white milk shake and he gave me vanilla and I was quite scared to confront so I hid behind my boyfriend while he sorted it out. He took back the milkshake rolling his eyes at us. He got no tip from us why hire such mean people.

If you want a hamburger in the second inning you will be lucky to get back to your seat by the fourth inning. Lines are ridiculously long. When you finally get to the front, you had better have your ores ready because they do not suffer any slow taking people here. Wait forever then in a goodbye. Food is good but over priced, just like in an airport. You are a captive audience. I’m back to bringing a sandwich, like when I was 12. Oh, and once there a just a few people ahead of you on line you sometimes have the rich snobs who would not even think of wasting their valuable time waiting their turn; they offer people in front cash to let them cut in.
