The chicken teriyaki is amazing and the lady is great BUT the two other “gentlemen” are the rudest people I have ever met I was honestly speechless with their attitude for simply asking for extra sauce then he wouldn’t close my container or give me a bag when I asked 3 different times. It’s not like we don’t make it worth their while. We tip well.

All the workers have the worst attitude. It really is unfortunate because the food itself is amazing and the prices are quite affordable, but I can no longer support this business as the workers have ruined it for me. I ordered a combo and simply asked them to separate my food instead of piling all of it on top of each other like they normally do… I wanted to take my food home and did not want it to get soggy on the drive. They flat out refused and said no. I was trying to be understanding and asked if perhaps I could get my food in separate containers as someone had done that for me in the past, but was once again met with an attitude. I don’t normally write reviews but I kindly asked them for this simple accommodation and was even willing to pay extra for separate containers, but no. Separate containers do not exist to them. My friends have also gone here asking for the same accommodation and were met with the worst attitude, so I will not be going here any more. There are better places in/around the mall to eat anyways.

Don’t let the atmosphere fool you, we gave it a try on a whim. They cooked the chicken right after I ordered it, you can’t get any fresher. Extremely good flavor, almost too much to eat in one sitting. On the downside they use Styrofoam containers. I definitely will be back.

Service was fast and the price was spot on. My wife got the chicken and broccoli combo and I got the steak hibachi combo. Both were very delicious. The staff was very friendly and helped.make suggestions while ordering. We will be sure to stop back when in the area.

There was a dead bug in their noodles. I ordered a to-go box of orange chicken and lo mein for my younger sister, and never opened the box after the person serving closed it. The box was kept in a bag that remained tied shut except for when taking out the other box of food I ordered and putting it back. The dead bug was from their kitchen. We had to throw the food out and didn’t see it until I got home after the mall had closed.
Edit: I took out the box of food from the trash, showed them the bug in person, and got a full refund, but they did not apologize. Most likely because of their broken english.

This place was absolutely terrible. Myself and other customers left due to the service. During my recent visit to Nori Japan, I noticed the portion sizes were smaller than expected. When I politely inquired about the possibility of a bit more, I felt the response lacked courtesy and suggested paying for additional servings. It would be beneficial if there could be more flexibility in accommodating customer requests. They were arguing back-and-forth with a woman in front of me. They were also then began to start Going back-and-forth with me. It was such a bad experience, I will never ever recommend this place. Additionally, improving overall politeness in customer interactions could enhance the dining experience for everyone!! It was really heart breaking, I was super Hungry, and this was the only place that seem to spike an interest but after the experience, I will never be returning again. Two people in the picture shown below are VERY when I say very I mean very, carless and have no manorism.

My family go here all the time. But this time was a very bad experience. I asked for extra meat and I didn’t get extra meat. The amount I got is the regular amount of meat that I would get if ot wasn’t extra meat. Then all the meals where to have extra sauce. It was never put on. The chicken was super dry with no flavor. Then when I said there no extra sauce. He then starts to be sarcastic and by repeating extra sauce extra sauce saying it 5 times. I then told him that he is being very unprofessional. This will be my last time going.

They absolutely need to work on their manners to how they speak to customers. Probably keep attention to details. They act like they don’t speak English when customers approaches them for questions. For sure I remember that next visit to the mall.

Food was watered down did not have any flavor , was told my specific order would be extra because I wanted rice along with lo mein noodles. Vegetables were hard and when I complained about my order, the cashier/cook gave me attitude instead of helping me. I would never recommend anyone coming here. I came here for 20 years and always enjoyed it never again.
