If you like falafel, Petra is comparable, closer to my home than Roti, enroute to groceries. Tonight my family wanted McDonald’s before a busy night ahead. I didn’t. I needed to run to Jewel so it was the perfect time to try out Petra Falafel. I got the falafel plate and added the Kalamata olive sauce and tahini. I combined everything and it was delicious. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions. The lighting is bright so maybe it’s not best for a date night but while I was there, multiple take out orders came through, a catering order, online order, and a kid eating too. Something for everyone. Let’s support this local business. I would recommend Petra and will be back.

Absolutely loved this place! The food is incredibly fresh and full of flavor. You can really taste the quality in every bite — especially the falafel and sides. Everything was prepared perfectly and served hot. Great service and a clean, welcoming atmosphere. Definitely coming back again!

Service is good too but it can be chaotic at times on weekends as they have too many online orders to tackle!
Atmosphere is good if you want to grab a bite & eat it right there.

Great, authentic food. Wonderful local business. My favorites were their hummus- very creamy and fresh and the falafel is the perfect amount of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Also incredibly fair pricing. Will absolutely be back!

Mediterranean food in Elmhurst, we love it. We had falafel , hummus, and grape leaf wraps. The food was outstanding, and we will definitely come back. We liked the murals as decoration, it gave the restaurant a nice atmosphere.

Highly recommend! This is our favorite falafel place. In addition to the great, fresh FALAFEL, the SHAWARMA is great, the BABA GANOUJ is great, the service is great, and they are friendly and accommodating. The SHAWARMA sandwich wrap is outstanding as well. There is a clean, bright area for dine-in, but we mostly do carry out here.
