Your standard AYCE hotpot that also has the option of AYCE Meat included for an additional cost. The atmosphere is really nice and I love how bright it is. The veggie station/buffet section is okay, not as great as others I’ve been to, but it gets the job done. They have plenty of options to choose from for the soup base, and all in all, we had a good time.

All-You-Can-Eat shabu shabu in Fort Lee. It is part of a strip mall that has a decent amount of parking. If you are unable to find a spot on the main level, there is a lower level too. The staff is really friendly and attentive. They have 2 menu options to choose from: with or without AYCE meat and the prices differs between lunch and dinner. Your whole table needs to order the same option which makes sense. If you go with the standard buffet, you can eat as much you want from the self-serve food station in the allowed 90-min time limit. Don’t take more than what you can eat because you will be charged extra for food that is wasted. I found that for lunch they sometimes don’t refill items as frequently and they never have clams available. The hot station had spicy rice cakes, fried dumplings, and spaghetti. I don’t come to shabu sahib for these but I notice they never refilled them even though they were pretty dry and empty during my two visit during lunch. Weekend dinners, everything tends to be fresher as they turn over more often. The variety of ingredients is pretty decent for the price and the space is very clean and comfortable. The free serving of mango sorbet that comes at the end is a great plate cleanser. Worth trying if you are ever in the Fort Lee area.

I had a fantastic experience here! The food was excellent. The broth, veggies, and the meats were all very fresh. The service was next level. Our server made sure our sodas were always full and refilling our broth when low. The music was also a hit. My group and I had a fantastic time! If you do have a reservation be mindful cause the parking lot can get packed during prime dinner times

Shabu House on Schlosser in Fort Lee is a must visit!! As a vegan, I was very satisfied with all the vegan options. It is an all you can eat hot pot joint where there is literally just an entire wall of veggies you can choose from. Then you cook them in your broth at the table along with any kinds of noodles you like. They had at least 8 different kinds of mushrooms and tofus, as well as a whole case of noodles to choose from. They had at least 3 different vegan broths (possibly more, I’m not sure) and the mango sorbet they serve at the end is dairy free as well. The service was exceptional and we left with very full bellies. Miki was so attentive with us and so helpful to us as first time visitors. Can’t wait to go back!

A standard hot pot restaurant with an AYCE (all you can eat) option for meat. They have plenty of options with vegetables, noodles, rice, seafood (shrimp, mussels, clams, baby octopus, calamari), fish balls and thinly sliced meats. The meat cuts were delicious and cooked perfectly in the broth. They have 8 broths to choose from with 3 spicy options. I got the veggie broth which was very mild and subtle. I definitely needed sauce to elevate the flavors. Their booths seat 4 and 6 people with individual pots and heaters. And they give the most delicious mango sorbet for dessert. There is a 90 minute time limit but they’re pretty flexible if there’s not a long wait time.

Easily the best All You Can Eat Hot Pot in Fort Lee. Expect to be greeted by a friendly staff and that keeps a tidy restaurant, constantly coming to get your empty plates. They have great selection of veggies and noodles with seafood included in the base price, along with the option to do AYCE meat or order by the plate. Nice mango sorbet and snack bar for dessert. I used to frequent a different hot pot restaurant in Little Ferry but after finding Shabu House, this has become my go to place.

I came here for lunch on my birthday and everything was amazing! I’m vegan and the veggie selection as well as the broth choices were awesome. I also appreciate they have a veggie menu option as opposed to having to pay as much as if I was eating the meat. The sorbet at the end was delicious and such a refreshing way to end the meal. Incredibly welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. I would definitely come here again and recommend others!
