Food is awesome as always anywhere I go. However they are highly rude nobody smiles or even says thank you or your welcome no matter if you are nice or not. They don’t put the full amount of items on the sandwiches and seriously 2 dollars for a tiny amount of guacamole. This isn’t the only subway like this either if you are gonna overcharge for things atleast put the full amount on it and have a nice attitude.

If you are looking for a great meal and wonderful customer service I HIGHLY recommend this subway. I was already having a horrible day and this subway turned it around. I had ordered from a different subway earlier in the evening and walked in with my receipt and started to order my food. They saw I had my receipt in my hand and politely said ” If you’d like to give us the receipt , we can make your sandwiches for you.” This kind gesture was greatly appreciated. Everyone working up front was kind and understanding. I HIGHLY recommend 110 East water street subway.

Reviewing the downtown location. The food is really good here, but the girl who works evenings closes early. She still answers the phone, but won’t take orders inside after 8:15 pm. They don’t close until 9 pm. This happens frequently, which is why we call before driving there when we are picking up late dinner. Very frustrating. I wish she’d just say she wasn’t going to be open when you get there! Also, there is always a sign on the drive thru that it’s closed. Owners clearly don’t keep a close eye on her.

It’s always hit or miss with them we eat there a lot and you never know what kind of “mood” you’re going to get.. and you never know when they’re going to decide if the drive-thru works or not they have been doing doing better here lately .

Manager was rude, did not like cold cut sub, it tasted and smelled funny, the Manager would not give me my money back even with a receipt. Don’t ever go there unless you want Ro be treated rude and don’t appreciate your business.

had a gift card,l was told when he rung up my order he said you have to use all ,my balance after order was $32 l said l have more money on there he said you can use once more what is not used will be 0 l will never go back there besides the women workers being rude and getting rip off on my gift card,if you have a subway gift card go some where else to use or your banace will be 0

Went there to grab dinner and was greeted by a guy at the counter telling me to hurry up they close in 5 minutes when trying to figure out what I wanted to eat. Don’t go there.
