Stopped here for an early dinner. The people were very nice, everything was clean and they threw in an extra cookie for my kids because they were so excited about the cookies. They got everything made quickly and were very welcoming.

I stopped in for a veggie sandwhich and ordered double cheese. It is supposed to be at no extra charge if you order a veggie sandwhich but they don’t follow that policy at this location and she insisted on charging me extra for 1 slice on cheese and was very rude about it.

It’s an okay Subway franchise but the amount of toppings varies from person to person making the sandwiches. I recently ordered a 12-in All-American and the girl only put three slices of cucumber across the sandwich. Sorry, that’s only enough to cover a 6 in. People are paying good money so don’t skimp on toppings.

This place is so sketchy. This makes three bad experiences I’ve had here and two of them I was charged a tip and I didn’t even tip. The added tip amount on both of my orders was just $1.95. But I don’t care how much it is they shouldn’t have charged me extra when I didn’t even eat inside or tip! I come by on lunch and get me a 6 inch sub meal deal and I think they have been adding tips on purpose, but when I confronted them about it this time, she acts like she can’t understand me. There is a language barrier, but I felt like she did understand she was just avoiding that she added the tip.

Communication is key in running a good business!!! They look at you like your stupid when asking a question either can’t understand English or pretend not too ‍♀️ then they talk to each other in there language..Very rude and disrespectful!

On two separate visits, my husband and I both had negative encounters with the same employee. She was very difficult to understand due to a language barrier, and when we politely asked her to repeat herself, she became visibly irritated and rude. In my case, I had placed the order online, yet she kept asking questions I couldn’t make sense of. Her tone and facial expressions made it clear she was frustrated with me—even though I was the one trying to be patient and respectful.

My husband had a similar issue. She asked him a question about his sandwich, and when he couldn’t understand what she was saying, she got so rude she nearly yelled at him.

I even reached out to corporate afterward, but never received a response—which just adds to the disappointment. We’ve since decided not to return. Communication is key in any customer-facing job, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking here

Worst of Subway experiences. My husband and I ordered one foot long Veggie Delight on a flat bread and Veggie Delight Wrap at this Subway store by Irvine/Richmond KY Exit off I75. The size of the Veggie Wrap was a joke. The tortilla was as large as Chipotle’s and the content in the wrap was so little it was unbelievable. Both prices were the same, $7.99/each.

It is one of our great treasures that America is a country full of diversity, wherein people from all over can come and put out a shingle and give it a go. That is awesome. However, when the employee and I can literally not speak to one another beyond just the very very most basic understanding, that becomes extremely unhelpful and frustrating for both parties. This is a Subway that, unfortunately, does not always staff itself with fluent enough English speakers to make the experience anything but, frankly, maddening. Communication is such a vital part of any business, it’s irresponsible and disrespectful to both the employee in over their head, and the patron being unmet.

Avoid this place! They over charged us for our food. The staff is very rude and unhelpful.

We ordered 4 combos but instead they charged us a la carte for everything, which cost a lot more than it should have. We told them about the issue but they were unwilling to fix it and charge us correctly.
