Large portion sizes, good tasting soup base and galbi. The seafood tofu stew has clams and shrimp. The mixed (beef & seafood) has clams and beef, no shrimp. The restaurant was quite full for a weekday lunch. The owner was very sweet and let us have a fresh set of banchan to pack with our leftovers.

Good enough tofu for when you have a craving, but the side dishes were oddly bland.
Our gold standard is tofu casserole (soondubu) from Fort Lee, but now and then we like to try other locations. The different SGD locations sometimes feel like they are not all the same product.
What was nice about this one was they had the hot barley tea for no charge. They did charge $.25 per takeout container.

A nice waitress greeted us and we were able to choose where we can seat on a slow off peak weekday. Service is okay. She brought us water and tea to drink. Took down our order and the food came out fast. We ordered 2 tofu stews lunch specials and a seafood pancake.
The flat noodles that we chose for our beef tofu stew was chewy. We liked the texture! Seafood tofu stew came with shrimp and small clams. The seafood pancake is crispy and delicious.
The only downside of our experience is we had to pin the waitress to get the check and take away boxes. She was busy doing some side work and did not follow up on us. For instance, she didn’t refill our water/tea and didn’t follow up if our food is good or not. But I think it’s typical for Asian restaurants to do this. Anyways, the food is good. Also the menu is simple and we ordered right away.

Good place to get a quick bite of authentic Korean food. Tofu is super tender and the soup is very flavorful. You can choose the spicy level, and medium seems to work well for me. The soups come with rice. Love the beef soup. But their side dishes/appetizers are really lacking compared to other korean restaurants. services are slow.

I have eaten here a number of times and have always had a great experience! The food is very delicious and a great value for the price. I typically order the bimbimbap with a hot stone plate. It comes loaded with many vegetables and beef! It also comes with a number of delicious appetizers. I also like the seafood pancake and the dumplings! The bento boxes are another delicious option. The prices are very fair and the portions are large so you definitely wouldn’t leave hungry. I recommend trying it out!

Foods are great, authentic Korean food for the locals. It’s pricy compared to other local restaurants but you don’t have to drive all the way to fort Lee or New York. So it’s okay.
I think this is a moms & pops shop so waitress and waiters are very friendly.
Overall we locals love this restaurant but just price is on a higher side so can’t really go there all the time.

Coming here for dinner was one of the best choice we had made for today. We were so burned and exhausted after a long day, and my husband for whatever reason just wanted bibimbap. There were Korean BBQ restaurants nearby but we wanted to keep dinner quick and simple so we get home sooner. From we ordered til food was out, it was less than 15 mins. Meanwhile, we got soup and side dishes to kill. I love how they gave thin slide onions under the beef ribs – cooked on the hot pan and was perfectly caramelized by the time we ate them. My husband was impressed by the shallow stone bowl – the rice was crispier and food cooled down a little faster, which made his meal tasted better and easier to eat. With tax and tips, we paid less than $30 per person.

Good food, good service. Seafood pancake was delicious! Beef bulgogi was good. My kid liked the bento box. Non-spicy tofu stew is good, though the pork added was nothing special. We ordered non-spicy because of the kids but the spicy tofu stews we saw on other tables looked delicious. Udon noodles was nothing special. I will try spicy dishes and beef ribs next time!
