I love food trucks. I wanted this to be good. Instead I was frightened and dissapointed. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich $7. It was barely above room temperature and watery damp. All I can think of was it was the pork was getting dry and they added cold water. Why not warm pork stock? I hope at least they are not keeping pork at 95°-100°. It is supposed to be 135 or higher to stay safe. It was no where close to that. I took a couple bites then threw it away. Subtle smokey BBQ flavor hidden by a dull watery unpleasant taste.

Walked up right at open, and was warmly greeted right away. I heard the fries drop in the frier as I ordered them, and that notable high pitched sizzle of fresh grease met my ears. Fries were crispy, bbq sauce was mild and sweet, and the smoke flavor was actually present and delightful. Whoever smokes the pork did a marvelous job making sure that I can actually taste what I want: smoked meat.

I was expecting a quality smoked burger cooked on a grill instead I received a low quality frozen Pattie. The BBQ sauce needs some help it’s not thick enough and lacks any flavor. Good customer service I will give one star for that.
