Sette cafe

  4.6 – 113 reviews   • Restaurant

The journey in Sette Cafe begins with the tasting of an authentic espresso coffee prepared with freshly ground beans and the fruit of traditional Italian roasting that enhances its aroma and color, the same used for the preparation of the frothy cappuccino and a soft tiramisù. The spirit that is found and is lived by Sette Cafe, from the reception to the care of the preparations, is typical of the Italian culture that we wanted to graft into a territory rich in diversity. We wanted to combine the traditional passion for food of Italian culture with the joyful Latin vitality expressed by the colors and the aromas of its typical products. This has given rise to the creation of dishes made with natural and genuine products.

I was searching in Brickell an italian restourant to eating something good and light, and i found this amazing place. I ate a delicious italian arancina with meat, sauce and cheese, and other with ham and cheese. That was like to come back to Italy, becouse i felt all their typical flavors! after i ate a mixed salad that surprised me for lightness and freshness!! The team has been available and so nice, and helped me when I have had need! The check was less expensive, and I’m sure to come back in my next holiday in Miami

Very nice small cafe .. artsy and chic looking .. Waitress was nice the food was good but nothing to rave about .. french toast was a bit crunchy a bit overcooked .. the eggs and bacon had to be ordered as a 2nd meal .. I ordered the eggs over medium and they came out hard and over fried, sent them back to be cooked accordingly. The bacon was flimsy basically undercooked, so in my professional experience – I feel the cook has no real culinary skills – as you can see in the photos attached – but the restaurant is clean and inviting … but 18$ for french toast with diced cubes of fruit strewn across the french toast, eggs and bacon is way over priced for that poorly cooked tasteless meal. I did not get coffee but saw the prices on the menu – way over priced and ridiculous .. Will not be returning and can not recommend it to you!

Awesome little cafe with great food options. Newly renovated rustic atmosphere in the heart of downtown. The staff is really accommodating too. They serve breakfast only till noon but they were going to make an exception for us an hour late. The sandwiches are really good for a decent price as well. Must have their espresso!

I visited Sette Cafe` today for lunch. I ordered pasta with pesto. The pasta was cooked “al dente” and the pesto sauce was green, tasty and not overwhelming. The staff was cordial and everything looked clean. After finishing my pasta, following the waitress suggestion, I tried the cheesecake. The dessert was delicious, and to top it off the espresso was creamy and served in a hot cup (a rarity in Miami).

Food was great. I had crab eggs Benedict and potatoes. Mimosas were legitimate. Service was standard. We liked how our server didn’t kick us out right after we were done eating. She gave us another round of mimosas. Disappointed in how hot it was inside and how dirty the upholstery we sat on was and the flies everywhere. Overall pretty decent experience. Pricey for what they are.

Very lovely atmosphere and great food options. Ended up having th fajita guacamole sandwich and it was delicious. The guacamole flavor came through nicely with a nice hint of the roasted red peppers. The sandwich also came with plantakn chips and a salad which was a nice touch

I had lunch today with my husband at sette cafe. The experience was super. I saw in his Facebook page the Roma salad and I wanted to try it. The lettuce was super fresh and the tuna salad was the best I ever had. My husband got the arancini and he told me he felt the really Sicilian flavor. We drunk a good Italian Prosecco and the service been top. I’ll be there for lunch more times I can.
