Social Profile:

Sergios is known for the unique combination of our family’s authentic recipes with typical Cuban and American dishes. Its the fusion of these two worlds that define not only the food we serve but the culture of “mi gente” that makes up the Sergio’s familia…Cuban roots mixed with new American culture. We know both the Spanish and the English language and we speak them interchangeably because sometimes there is nothing better than a particular Spanish word to finish a thought or describe something. Our unique personality represents the way we talk, the way we live and the way we cook. Bienvenidos a Sergios.

Relaxed chain eatery serving hearty Cuban & Latin cuisine with health-conscious alternatives.

The restaurant is really nice. I love the outdoor seating area. They have heaters outside.

We sat inside. There were three of us. The waitress was nice, but she really struggled! She kept forgetting things. We had to ask over and over for things. She was just a little bit lost and spaced out. She was not attentive. She did not come to check on us during our meal. So I give 2 stars for service. The tip of 18% was included, but not really deserved.

My friend and I both ordered the grilled mahi mahi. It was market price and we paid $19.99 each. It came with two sides. I had tostones and black beans with white rice as my sides. Our other friend ordered a bowl of chicken soup. The waitress brought us a basket of Cuban toasted bread.
The food was good, but none of it was hot! Thus, the 3 stars for the food.

I give 5 stars for the atmosphere because it is a really nice restaurant inside and outside. I hope they get better. My friend own the Sergio’s restaurants, so I want it to do well. I would go back. I’d sit outside if the weathers nice. I’d send the food back next time if it was cold. Hopefully I’d have better service.

What a wonderful addition to the Pincrest neighborhood! From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable—welcoming, attentive, and genuinely warm. The food was outstanding: beautifully presented, rich in authentic Cuban flavors, and absolutely delicious. Every bite reflected care, quality, and passion. This restaurant sets a new standard for dining in our area, and we can’t wait to return. And…. I can’t leave out the decor!!! Stunning and elegant!!!! Congrats to the new Sergio’s!

I love this Sergio’s location. I’ve been here a few times already, and the service has always been fast, which I really appreciate. I usually order to go, and everything is consistently on point.I normally go for the empanadas (they never miss) and the iced coffee, which is perfect every time. The food is hot, fresh, and packed well no complaints at all.
Everyone who works here is super nice and welcoming, which honestly makes a big difference. You can tell they care about the customers.

Over the years we’ve visited Sergios at various locations. Today we visited their newest location where we had brunch. Both my wife and I were very pleased with the new location and it’s ambiance. And of course to have this location in close proximity to home. Things started off with our wonderful server show us some of the new items on the menu. I went with her suggestion of a Miami omelet. If you likecsweet and savory, you’ll love this with sweet plantains. Different and delicious
My wife loves ice coffee and got a guave ice coffee. I’m nt a coffee drinker per se but this was delicious. She also had eggs and bacon that was cooked perfectly and of course tostados. All in all it was a lovely introduction to our new Sergios.

Pinecrest Sergio’s – Not Ready for Prime Time – First of all, we are customers at the Sergio’s on Kendall Drive and their food is more than acceptable. However, our experience today with the newly-opened Pinecrest Sergio’s was a disaster! See the photo of our “well-done” hamburger. They also forgot the fries. I ordered moros with my vaca frita but got maduros instead (i hate maduros). And the chicken soup was bland tasting and no noodles. When we called to complain, the employee was dismissive and offered no solution. Will wait a few months to give them another try. Meanwhile, check your order before you take it home.

Love the decor, hot honey chorizo croquetas, la flaca pork chop with fried eggs and avocado, and la flaca beauty coffee. Our server Danay was great too: friendly and attentive.

Beautiful and welcome addition to Pinecrest with attractive indoor and outdoor seating. Owner, architect and builder should be congratulated. Food quality though is average and doesn’t quite live up to the upscale decor: Outdoor tables and chairs not clean (but outdoors can be a challenge, of course.) Don’t arrive after 9:30 when they close at 10 as they may be quite grumpy and very reluctant to seat you. Different from busier Sergio’s out west near Kendall Costco or on Bird Rd where you are always welcome, even if a bit on the late side. Upon further review, they seated me and the server was excellent

Amazing experience from start to finish! The food was delicious, but what really made the day special was our server, Claudia. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly elevated our dining experience. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests.
Highly recommend this place and if you’re lucky enough to have Claudia as your server, you’re in great hands. We’ll definitely be back!

It’s better to drive to another Sergio’s. I understand this is a new restaurant and it can take a bit for new staff to get acclimated; however, it’s been a month since opening and the fact that they do have other locations that are very successful shows they know better. During our first visit we had gone for late lunch. Their Chimi Chicken was definitely not as we know it. The chicken breast was thicker than usual and the chimi sauce was minimal. Today during breakfast, everything was cold and tasteless. The service was also horrible. It’s not a lack of staff because there is plenty however all of them seem to have something to talk about to one another. The eggs were not as described in the menu. The original order came wrong. The Cuban coffee with milk was minimal. The croquettas were cold. When you told the server they gave you the “I’m busy look”. Definitely very disappointed.
