Ordered Pizza Hut tonight. After 1.5 hrs I call, they say they’re using door dash cause they don’t have any reg drivers. After 2.5 hours I called and canceled our order, that was still sitting there… if you don’t have drivers, DONT OFFER DELIVERY! What a joke…

I ordered online and set a delivery time of 12:30 to coincide when we had our lunch break. The Pizza was delivered at noon so sat for half an hour until we could eat. It was still warm, delicious, and what we wanted and the driver was courteous and professional. Overall a good experience just a little TOO prompt.

Ordered pan pizza and it came out looking like hand tossed… took it back and they basically said that they “proofed” the dough too long that morning… basically they messed up… I paid extra for pan pizza… the only reason we stopped and waited 20 minutes was because we wanted the pan pizza… if I wanted cheap gas station pizza I would’ve gotten it somewhere else. They made no attempt to refund or improve my experience. Will not be stopping here again.

Tonight we ordered from here. They were crazy busy. We went in at the time given and half our order was ready. When I asked the girl about the other part she got snippy…. so anyway we waited for the other half at that point a really great gentleman took over. I watched him whip out the pizzas with no problem didn’t even act stressed. That’s what a great worker looks like. Extremely impressive.
