Order a pizza at 5pm on Friday night, said it would be here in 28 to 38 minutes.At 6:45pm it said it had been delivered and to enjoy We gave up a made our self something else. At 7:25pm a Door Dash driver shows up trying to get us to pay for 2 hour old pizza. Never ordering Pizzahut ever again.

Ordered simple pizzas and they came out great. Decent amount of toppings and a good sauce and cheese ratio. They had a little difficulty finding my order when I went into the building to pick it up but it all worked out in the end. Friendly employees.

Ordered my food at 631in store for delivery. Was quoted 40 minutes. Didn’t arrive until 734. Irritating, but it’s dinner rush so understandable. But didn’t receive Mty whole order and the pizza arrived uncut. Attempted to call the store 3 times and ended up getting ignored all 3 times, called customer service, got “transfered” to a manager that just let it ring and eventually just hung up. Very very disappointed and dissatisfied.

We’ve ordered here before and it’s hit or miss. Tonight was a huge miss! The two pizzas we got in the deal were so overbaked, they were practically burnt. One was inedible. My kids and I just didn’t eat it. My husband’s Ultimate was just as crisp to a burnt but he ate maybe 1/3 of it as he was hungry. My mushroom and sausage though was awful. I attempted to call and no answer. We probably are done ordering from here and will stick to Papa Murphy’s now.

I read all the bad reviews before I decided to go in. I wanted to believe otherwise and I was proven wrong. This place is horrible. Also, I’m from out of state and never been here before I ordered in person, waited for the order. What I received was inedible to the core.
(I ordered the new cheesy bites pizza). I’m extremely pissed off at the staff and the laziness, attitudes, & incompetence they portrayed.
1 had is headphones in … the other watching movie and they ignoring all calls. 2 girls and 1 guy were the employees. I just threw the pizza away cuz I didn’t want to deal with trying to get my $ back. All I wanted was a “decent” pizza. That standard is too high for this place

The inside the restaurant is filthy and smells terrible. Last night we ordered over the phone and ordered pineapple pizza. Instead, we got pepperoni pizza. I tried calling the 800 number and the store number and the store number hangs up on you after ringing several times The 800 number tells you to call the store. clear they could care less they’ve got your money

I ordered online and set a delivery time of 12:30 to coincide when we had our lunch break. The Pizza was delivered at noon so sat for half an hour until we could eat. It was still warm, delicious, and what we wanted and the driver was courteous and professional. Overall a good experience just a little TOO prompt.
