Garbage food. Garbage service. The picture of my sandwich will speak for itself. Also, one (and only one) of the employees was extremely rude. She started telling me to move to the slide by flicking her wrists right and left in the air, before realizing that the other cashier (who was doing an ok job) didn’t give me a receipt yet. And believe me, I needed the receipt, she had the guy before me prove that his number was on the ticket, so I wasn’t moving until I got my receipt. Now I know airport food is bad, and the service is mediocre at best, but this was on a different level.

The service is friendly, and you can get some Cuban coffee faster than at Starbucks. Pastries and empanadas were good, but the sandwiches were terrible – like gas station under a heat lamp terrible. I had a Cuban sandwich, and it was cold, dry, and flavorless.

Claims faster service through online order which is false. Options available on online not actually available. Then the server was rude and condescending when delivering the order I tried to cancel when they said it would not be ready. Service terrible and food was very dry. Waste of money and appetite

To call the sandwich they serve a Cuban sandwich is a disgrace to the heritage and tradition of the Cuban sandwich, especially in this area. This should be banned from being served anywhere in the world. Starving children in Africa would refuse this sandwich, it’s so bad. Caveat emptor.
