Wow. We sat outside and had a beautiful view. Coastal laid back elegant vibe. The service was great and the high quality food was divine. Generous portions, too. I would defiantly come back.

Fantastic world-class service, delicious food, best spanikopita I’ve ever tasted! Wonderful atmosphere, how can you go wrong at the Hotel Del? I went there for my birthday and am so happy I did. Marvelous experience!

This is a very high end restaurant. We eat at high end restaurants often. I’d say the food was pretty good and the service was okay….but pretty good and okay aren’t what you look for when paying $100+ per person. Like I said, we did enjoy the meal and the vibe was really awesome with the beach a few steps away, but it wasn’t as high end as you can find with many other high end restaurants in the area.

I dined at Serea for the first time recently. I valet parked at the Del. The two-hour valet rate was quite expensive. Next time, I will self-park as the restaurant validates for a reduced rate. I ordered the Kiwi non-alcoholic beverage. It was refreshing but more tart than expected. The octopus and ceviche were delicious. I also really enjoyed the potatoes. My fish was pretty good, but the batter for the flash fry was not as seasoned as I was hoping for. The broccolini was okay. The desserts were good. They were beautifully presented. The service was great. Our server was really enthusiastic about the menu and attentive. There did appear to be some tension between him and the person that cleared our plates. Overall, it was a good meal in a beautiful setting.

Serea is a great Coronado find, we went on Sunday for brunch and we made reservations. The atmosphere is incredible with the ocean in front and the beautiful Hotel Del Coronado as a backdrop.

The food was absolutely delicious. While the portion of the seared tuna was scant (reason for 4 stars), the flavor was excellent. The sea bass was delicious with a more reasonable portion size. The crispy brussel sprouts were excellent and abundant. The service was attentive, but the atmosphere seemed like they were trying to shuffle people in and out. Overall, it was a very good meal.

Menu is limited to brunch options only. It would be good to have more substantial food options for lunch. I tried the apetizers and they are like main courses basically. Octopus is the best I’ve tried and the cocktails are amazing. The service is fast and very friendly.
