Their Chicken was really good. Their service is really none existent. And when I paid, it automatically charged me for a tip (???). They apologized, I asked for a cup of water… And they wouldn’t and couldn’t do that. You figure after the good tip, give a guy a water bottle!!! at less than a dollar… Is customer service people. Work on that, because your food deserves it!

Hey guys. We already know that people wait a long time for your food. But after coming there at least seven times I’ve noticed that you fill every order as it comes in without regard to how long something will take. I was sixth in line the other day and I only ordered soup. I waited 25 minutes only to watch you open up the pot and Spoon out some soup. I also had a diet Dr Pepper but I’m sure that didn’t take much. My point is try to balance the work better. You could’ve served me my soup right away, and I would be one less person staring at you from the dining area for almost 30 mins.

Absolutely amazing corn dogs. I’ve never tried corn dogs made in this style and I can say I really like it. The potato squares stick to the corn dog and the sauces add an extra layer of goodness. The prices are reasonable, but it does take a while to make, which I understand. I highly recommend trying it.

This place looked good, but we waited 15 minutes, they served much colder than room temperature cheese and refrigerated bacon. 15 minutes and they can’t warm up bacon and cheese? We took one bite, asked if they had a way to warm it up a little and they said “we don’t have microwaves” so I just threw it in the trash. It kinda just seemed like they just didn’t care. Terrible low quality cold fries.

My family ate here when they first opened and we loved it. It reminded me of the food stops on road trips we’d take in Korea. Everything was tasty and on time. Nice to have a Kimchi option for Kimchi lovers in the mall. Enjoyed and would go back.

Soupy korean entrée, which shouldn’t be.
Tteokbokki shouldn’t look so soupy like Pho or Mexican menudo. Very disappointed in the quality of the food they served on this specific day, my wife and I decided to stop by May 17, 2025.
First, you entered the wrong item my wife was ordering, so she had to correct you. Then, when we received our order, the quality was mediocre. I guess the weekend crew was still hungover.
They prioritized their corndog orders, so our order took soooo long.

Food was good but the service is was bad and SO SLOW. Takes 20-30 minutes for a single corn dog! everyone was waiting around with receipts in their hand and going up asking the status of their order because it was taking so long! Never again! There’s way better and faster choices in the food court.
