I’ve been going to this Burger King for years and never had a problem till today. I’m assuming it was a new worker that did this but can someone explain why was I charged 29$ for 2 whopper juniors which are a special *2 for 5* , 3 medium drinks and 2 small fry’s??? When we asked he said the drinks were 3,78 and that’s it he didn’t even care to explain anything and in the recipt there was no price. I now checked out the menu prices and realize I should’ve only been charged 15$ these people are scammers never going back there again SMH .

request your receipts, I went to the drive thru and had a paper coupon – gave it to the cashier who than asked for my card and handed the food and my card back with no receipt. I got home and checked my bank account and was charged the full price for the meal instead of what the coupon stated. I went back and was told I needed to tell her the coupon code when I ordered in which I informed her she should have said that when she took my coupon and I paid. she kept trying to justify what she did but since she took the coupon from me and put it in the bag, she was in the wrong. giving 3 stars due to the manager was very nice and helpful.

Had to argue with the worker at the window about a sandwich that was clearly on the menu when I was given something completely different from my order. I had to sit and wait and wasn’t offered anything for the extra time it took or for the fact that they advertised something that they argued with me about when I was given something else. Will never go there again

After having a misunderstanding with the GM Karen, Karen and I spoke and made peace with one another! Today’s redo of the double whopper with cheese value meal, was one of the freshest and hottest meals I’ve ever had at any BK, and guessing it was the AGM, the tall Latina employee and her prep staff, were pure perfection!!!
