You don’t survive for 100 years in the bakery business without knowing exactly how to treat a carb. Everything we tried was “very, very tasty”—clearly, they’ve spent the last century perfecting the art of the pastry.
The delicate fruit pastries are basically edible art, and their fresh breads and sandwiches are dangerous to be around if you have any self-control. I went in for a quick look and came out wondering if I should just move into the back room.
The staff is incredibly friendly, which makes the “not-exactly-cheap-but-very-fair” prices much easier to swallow. You’re paying for a century of tradition, and honestly, it’s worth every cent.

I completely forgot that I was supposed to bake sweets for my daughter’s chorus fundraiser so I called at the very last minute and asked if they could help me out. The staff was so friendly and accommodating! They even individually wrapped every pastry (20 of them) for me. The smile on my daughter’s face and a tired mom are very appreciative. Thank you!

For anytime well over the last 30 years you have, maybe, made this a regular stop when you come over to the beach. It’s one of the iconic food stops in New Smyrna. Who can oppose a pastry chef from France coming into this little beachside community in Florida, setting up shop, and consistently turning out some of the freshest, high-quality pastries and subs you could get? Some of you will come here as a reward at the end of a hot day at the beach, covered in sand. Others will stop here on the way to the beach to get one of the homemade subs with their special dressing, Dijon mustard along with meat, cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes to take down to the beach. Either way you can’t lose.

The place is a landmark at this time and not without cause. New Smyrna is better off for having them here and would be worse off if they ever weren’t. You may owe it to yourself and your family to come here and see what they have.

This place is an absolute gem and a lucky find. A couple of friends and I stopped in while on vacation, and it was an amazing experience. We had hoped to return but didn’t get the chance. The éclairs were excellent, and the sausage rolls were just as good. I can’t wait to visit again when we’re back in town this spring and summer.

Mon Délice French Bakery in New Smyrna Beach is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the warm, inviting aroma of freshly baked pastries that instantly makes your mouth water. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home.

The bakery itself is spotless, with a charming and cozy atmosphere that enhances the experience. The selection of pastries, breads, and desserts is simply amazing—everything is fresh, authentic, and absolutely delicious. Whether you’re craving a classic croissant, a decadent éclair, or a perfectly crafted baguette, Mon Délice never disappoints.

If you’re in the area, this bakery is a must-visit. You won’t regret it!

Very cute bakery. Place my pickup order and carried it to the car Open the box and the pastries were really cold like they’ve been froze. I was expecting fresh made pastries from that day. I let them warm to room temperature and tried them and they tasted good they had sweated where they had been cold which was not that great peeled the outside layer off the rest was pretty good. Definitely not what I was expecting.

Absolutely worth a visit! If I lived closer I’d be there often! It was hard to choose from the large selection of baked treats, and the 3 we chose were cake perfection! The coffee was also excellent.

I’ve been coming to this French bakery for the past 30 years out my old age 40. The smells are nostalgic that penetrate the senses to the core. Staff is always attentive and friendly as well as the owner. My goto when floating in is #1 chocolate croissants, #2 basic b croissants, finally a bag of meringues. Meringues are great for putting atop of your coffee for aesthetic and a sweet kick. Everything is moderately priced for what you get in quality and taste. If you’re looking for authentic French baked goods, sandwiches, and dessert. This is a great stop and experience. Bon appetit!
