I came here for lunch with my godmother and god sister after we saw their posts on Instagram and thought we’d try it out. From the parking lot, there’s a big sign with the name, but honestly, the outside of the building looks pretty old and even a little creepy. You walk through these double doors, and then it’s a completely different story inside, it’s huge, bright, and really clean. Definitely one of those “don’t judge a book by its cover” places.
We went with the lunch combo and got ramen, a California roll, fried rice, gyoza, takoyaki, and hamachi kama. Everything was tasty and decent, and I liked that I didn’t feel super thirsty afterward. We had a good lunch and enjoyed catching up. Plus, the waitress was super friendly. If you’re curious, check out their IG, it’s worth a look!

Siedo Sushi absolutely delivered. The Hamachi Kama (yellowtail collar) was the standout perfectly cooked, incredibly flavorful, and easily one of the best I’ve had. Crispy on the outside, rich and tender on the inside… just done right.
The Siedo Roll was also excellent — fresh, well-balanced, and thoughtfully put together without being overcomplicated. You can tell they care about quality and execution.

Sever Danny as very friendly and professional. Quiet ambience but overall nice. Truly good and genuine sushi! Recommend the shrimp tempura roll, edamame, miso soup, and a sake bomb with Sapporo beer

I love the food here and service. Alice is amazing and treats you like family. We have become regulars. Too many good options to list but I’m obessed with their shrimp pops. Love getting to listen to Bts while I eat as well. If you want amazing food yet the feeling you’re eating at home, this is it. Definitely recommend.

I think I’ve found my new favorite sushi spot! I was invited by friends to come and I’ve been back multiple times! Over the multiple visits we keep ordering different rolls, appetizers, and food and of course sake bombs! And every single food we order always hits! As soon as you walk in you are greeted! This gives hole in the wall vibes and serves up some delicious food!!! Coming to seido is almost an every weekend thing now with my friends and I. Love love love love this place!!!

Amazing Restaurant! Upon walking in, my party was greeted by everyone and were promptly seated, despite the restaurant being very busy. Our main server was Ruby and she was very sweet and friendly! She gave us a handful of great recommendations, to which we tried a few. We were recommended an orange sake, which was DELICIOUS (10/10 recommend)! I never had sake before, so I was very excited and my partner got a fun sake bomb. Our rolls did take some time, to which I expect for a bustling establishment, but once they arrived they were AMAZING We were checked up on throughout the night by not only Rubi but multiple other servers (and the owner too I believe), which I appreciate. At the end, we were convinced to get dessert (so good) and were provided togo containers for our leftovers. We will definitely be back again, thank you Ruby and Seido Staff!

Hidden gem. I drove past this spot for years without giving it a second look. One Sunday I was craving nigiri and ramen but didn’t feel like making the usual 10+ mile trip to one of the trendier places, so I finally stopped in. Glad I did.
The food was legit. Fresh nigiri, rich and flavorful ramen, and real heat, if you order spice, it’s actually spicy. I’d recommend level 1 or 2 unless you really want to feel it.
What stood out just as much was the hospitality. Welcoming, attentive, and genuine.
If you’re overlooking this place like I was, stop. It’s worth it.

Our first time eating in, it was quiet and food was delicious. As you can see we couldn’t wait to dig in. Sushi was fresh and delicious, and ramen was just the right temperature to dig in. Will absolutely be making a favorite in our household

Made a reservation for a birthday party. The food was excellent. However I can’t express the same for the service we got from a certain waitress. She kept pushing our table to be serviced last continuesly reminding us she was busy. When asked about a certain dish her unprofessional response was” i am too busy and there’s a lot of people i don’t have time to explain ” which definitely made the whole table feel like we were a burden. The birthday person got their meal 10 minutes after the whole table was done eating. No birthday treat as they had promoted when the reservation was made. When taking the orders she would walk away due to her being ” too busy for us” and didn’t even offered any sort of acknowledgement for the lack of attention/service and the late meal. The rest of the crew who brought the food out made it tolerable in some way. Please handle this accordingly because our bill was over $300 and we did not pay to get that rushed” get out” treatment from her. If I decide to go back, I hope I can write a better review for the OWNER. The picture will be her reminder/evidence. With all honesty.
