Never ordering from this mess of a restaurant ever again. Ordered a burger, potatoe wedges and cheesecake from Uber Eats. The driver said they never rec’d the order when he got there and waited for it. I waited nearly an hour for my food when it was 4 miles away. When I rec’d my order they didn’t even include any napkins or anything and the peppers were still on that I ordered without. They also forgot the cheesecake and the food was lukewarm at best. BWW is a mess of a company and you can never get the same items across different restaurants in the same city. I would stay clear of this dump. Worst experience in a restaurant in a long time.

Egregious amount of time to get drinks. Even longer to get appetizers. Which were messed up. Ordered jalepanos on the side for our sliders. Ended up putting the jalepanos on the side for the buffalo dip instead and no jalepanos were given for sliders. Even after apologies from the waitress for it being wrong. I handed a waiter my wifes mostly empty soda she found a fly in (ill post pics) That was disregarded as well. Disgusting. I was never offered or asked if id like another soda or cocktail myself either. We ended up asking for boxes for our entrees cuz of how long it all took. Was given 2 boxes, not big enough for all of our food, so the buffalo dip was left at the table. The waitress was nice at least. New wing sauce is delicious. I did taste it before leaving. Thats all i can say good about the encounter. May update if we get home and anything else is wrong. Tighten up bdubs.. youre too expensive for bad experiences.

The male manager who was working on 2/1 around 2pm made my pickup experience great (I didn’t catch his name)! He assisted me kindly with how to use the in app offers and was beyond accommodating when I was having issues w/ the offers and selecting dressings which said unavailable in the app. Very nice and helpful guy!

I attended Buffalo Wild Wings with my family tonight & I must say our experience was impeccable, I mean I couldn’t find anything to complain about besides having the chance to chat with the lovely waitress Elizabeth more! I like to try out new things when I go out to eat and she was so helpful with helping me find things that fit me most, from the drinks down to the tater tots. We all loved her!

Victor “our server” was very hostile and just a terrible overall server. Went in to the establishment after a long day at work only to be waited 20 min to be greeted. Had 2 vodka tonics within the span of 2 hours and got called an alcoholic because i didn’t realize i gave incorrect change for the bill. I stated “I’m sorry i forgot to hand you your $20” and he replied with “maybe you should just know how to handle your drinks”. After trying to correct my mistake he kept on showing more hostility and grabbed his “manager” maccoy who then proceeded to show me more hostility as well. As i was trying to tell the manager about his servers behavior, victor continues to lash out interrupting me and over talking me trying to portray as if i was unable to give my own perspective when i was the one with the problem… lol. And to top it all off, maccoy proceeds to then gets in my face giving me orders as if im not a paying customer and has some sort of animosity towards me and my coworker who are just trying to get the bill corrected so we can leave. Victor felt as though being in the same industry would give him leeway to behave as poorly as he did and it was unjustifiable. They were both rude, threatening, people with no customer service experience clearly. i will also follow up with zack who i was told was the active general manager to make sure this situation gets brought up higher. This is by far the worst service i have ever had and we were told to “never come back again” as if we would ever want to eat at a place that treats there customers like dirt. The mozzarella sticks are truly going to be missed!

This Sunday was horrible, had a green hair girl, told her me and my three kids wanted seats outside, she said okay but during me paying I gave her two twenties, and asked her to give me change for the other, lady brings me back 18dollars which is nuts, there was nothing to say to her especially when my tab was only 17bucks, when you see how workers work, you let think think you dont notice and leave a review!
Shouldn’t steal from people because you want a tip, definitely won’t be here again

We went for a birthday party. The staff was super friendly. They tried to give a great experience with the tools in theory possession. However, the new keg of Modelo Especial was flat. I requested a replacement. Others at my table chose to drink the flat beer. I changed my diet years ago and no longer chose to eat animal products. I chose to order the large appetizer tater tots. They were over cooked and very dry on the outside. The rest of the family ate the wings they ordered said that the chicken was sub standard. My Stella arrived and was also flat. The granddaughter had a kid burger and would only eat a few bites. My wife complained how poorly the food was while driving home. We reminisced of visits passed where the experience was top notch! Sadly, BWW has slipped in the food offerings. We will not be returning. We wish to have the fond memories, not sub-standard new experiences. We are very disappointed and hope that BWW decides to re-invent themselves. Best wishes.

Across multiple States and locations Buffalo Wild Wings has always been very consistent in its quality but the food from this location was very subpar in my experience tonight. I ordered three meals to go, the burger was fine but the others were wings and they were significantly overcooked and under-sauced making them disappointing to eat. One side dish was missing, and one wing order had sauce in the side which was also missing. I can take some of the blame for not checking the order in details before leaving the restaurant of course but the fact still remains those things were missed. Also on a somewhat humorous but also dissatisfying point, on the 20 wind meal the side was celery and there were only 3 small pieces. Service seemed slow to pick up order.

Dining area is always slow and under staffed. Asked for warm water for my son’s bottle and was told no that they don’t have any. Fries are hardly ever seasoned.
