Great little local pub for a quick bite and a drink! We enjoyed the food at the Second Brook bar & grill in Hooksett NH. We had the French onion soup, a beef stew, and the home made chicken pot pie. Very pleased with the food In general, the pot pie was really tasty, and had a nice pie crust on top. The soup was a little salty, but it was good. We both enjoyed the beef stew. It is not a true 5 star, but I felt it was better than a 4 star. Enjoy!!!

We went today for lunch. A waitress by the name of Andrea was by herself today with about 5-6 tables with the bar tender. The service was fantastic and the food was 10/10. I would highly recommend this place. I had chicken tenders, 2 ways, fries and coleslaw!! My partner had the Bella burger!! That was out of this world. And yes the fries look as good as they tasted.

If you’ve never been, you need to go. Everything about this place is amazing. From the minute you walk in, the staff is so attentive. If you want to sit at the bar and it’s full, they seat you off to the side at the wine barrels or on one of the couches. They make sure no or skips the line for the bar. The bartenders come out and take your order for drinks and serve you while you wait. The food is absolutely delicious. The sheppards pie egg rolls are unlike anything you’ve eaten. Watch for their specials daily. Yesterday we had the meatball Flatbread and the Asian chicken dumplings. SO GOOD! Joelle and Stephanie make you feel right at home and you’ll never see a bar owner and managers like these ones. I promise you, this place will not disappoint.

Wonderful experience in an unlikely location. Tucked away in a strip building. Incredible menu. Incredible food and top notch service from the staff.
