HORRIBLE! Wish I could leave a zero star for horrible customer service and nasty cold food. Order two pizzas for delivery which arrived 20 minutes after the estimated delivery window. I waited a total of one hour and fifteen minutes for my pizza to arrive. When it did arrive it was cold and looked old and dry. I called to speak to management who offered to send another pizza but when I asked how long, he said that it would take a while. I explained I have children who need to eat then go to sleep so that wouldn’t work. The other option was a $5 credit for my next visit. This is poor customer service after I just spent $30. A $5 credit is insulting. Pizza is very small and taste horrible! Burnt, crispy and extremely thin, while lacking sauce and cheese. Waste of time and money! NEVER AGAIN!

Seasons accommodated our group of 29 on a Sunday evening, and our pre-ordered pizzas were just coming out of the ovens when we arrived. Service was prompt and cheerful. We’ll be back.

Ordered a chicken quesadilla. There was only chicken and mozzarella cheese. There was a generous about of chicken. Cream cheese, salsa, lettuce and peppers were on side. That was the worse quesadilla I have ever had..it was dry and stiff. There was no love put into it..no beans, corn,cheddar cheese,cilantro, sauce or onions. please give this item more flavor..

LaJeah was really nice. They have good lunch specials…2 slices of pizza and a soda for $6.99. Pizza wasn’t the best I ever had but wasn’t the worst either. Bring cash, they do charge a 2% CC fee. Seems like a lot of people are doing g that these days.

Since taking over for Middletown Pizza, just hasn’t been the same, one of the first delivery orders they forgot items and now they served us a burnt pizza knowing very well when it came out of the oven it was burnt and unservable. Could barely even eat the slice without it falling apart. Last time ordering from them.

I recently ordered a pizza for pickup and specified light cheese and that the pizza should be UNCUT. Unfortunately, the pizza had regular cheese and was cut when I picked it up (I prefer not to have it cut with the used cutter). It would be great if orders were checked more carefully before being handed to customers.

We placed an order on line and the Season Bites were so hard we through them away. The pizza was also overcooked. After the kids ate some pizza it was thrown away. We did not enjoy the food at all and very disappointed.
